The store and customer service are top notch. My disappointment is with the product. This is what they look like after 6 months.
Update called the customer service line as directed but never got a response back. Talk about crappy customer service. Definitely going back to Thorogoods after this.
Update to the update... Called and emailed customer service as requested. Didn't hear anything for almost 3 weeks. Got a email and responded havent heard anything in 2 days lol. Prime example of what's wrong with most companies these days.

Some of the best customer service I’ve seen in many years. All smiles, so knowledgeable, and so friendly. I was only in there to get some new laces for my boyfriend’s boots, and the lady was just so happy and helpful. It was a refreshing change of pace from most other retail experiences I’ve had of late. Keep up the good work guys 👍 and thank you.

Heather was SO helpful today! We needed steel-toed safety boots for our daughter. They sized her, analyzed her gait, and found a boot that fits her foot shape perfectly. We also invested in quality socks. Very thankful to have found this store and Heather! Our daughter is going to have long days on her internship, so comfort was a priority. Thank you Heather and Red Wing! For making her long days on her feet optimally comfortable. 😊

Probably the best shopping experience I've had all year.
Kris helped me find the most perfect, beautiful pair of Iron Rangers today. The store is in a great convenient location, and it was immaculate. Beyond the service that Kris and Heather provided, I loved their foot/sizing analysis. My new forever boots are PERFECT.
Red Wing is an American company with a strong reputation that you can trust. If anything goes wrong or I ever need to have them resoled, I can just drop them off right here.

Kris was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful. My fiancé has a smaller foot than most so finding anything in his size is always a challenge given the limited selection, but this experience was great. Found the perfect pair of work boots for him after a couple tries and we left very happy. We were supplied with the oil to keep his boots in good condition and found a great pair of socks that are going to help keep the boots staying fresh. Kris was kind, helpful and had an awesome personality to boot. (Pun fully intended.)

Red Wing books are a must. In the industry that I work in and standing on my feet for long periods of time, I must have the right footwear. I just purchased the women's Irish Setters and with the help on Heather, I am very pleased. Thank you Heather for taking time to make sure I have the right fit for me.

Amazing experience at this store as a first time Redwing buyer. First Gentleman did a great job at sizing and fitting me for a boot. After two weeks of working 50 hour weeks, the boots started to show the pain points. I called and asked for an exchange , and even though I already beat these boots out, they offered the exchange anyways and got me into something that’s perfect for me. Great customer service, and a great use of my money. Forever a Redwing fan now.

Never going anywhere else for boots. Heather was so ridiculously polite and professional, and she was goofy in the appropriate moments. She obviously knew what she was talking about and walked me through the entire process of getting new work boots that actually fit my feet properly. She even fit my wife for custom insoles even though she wasn’t buying boots. THEN SHE TIED MY BOOTS FOR ME. I’ve never had such good customer service anywhere, let alone a shoe store.

Red Wing is a dependable company that still produces a quality, USA made boot. They are great for working in all environments. This local store is small with a friendly, helpful staff.
