Sam V. was awesome!I came in with a handful of issues regarding my elderly mother's accounts and he knew exactly what to do. He fixed everything and even some things I had not thought of. Additionally, he gave me a great suggestion regarding one of the accounts.I was experiencing anxiety since being put in charge of my mother's accounts and he lifted all of the confused weight off my shoulders. I am so very grateful!

Horrible customer service! Saturday they don’t asked you why you there or for what purpose they let you sit and wait for an hour to let you know the they can’t help you to open an account ! Horrible they don’t care about having new customers !

Eh. Customer service could use some work. Of all the locations, this is my least favorite. It's a convenient location for me so I wish I liked coming here more often but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I was getting cash to give out as a gift and wanted some bills that didn't look like they were put through the ringer. I was told they cannot control what money comes out anymore and that it just comes out automatically. Seems strange but that is tolerable if the customer service was better.

Went to this location to make a cash deposit into a commercial account. They only have one lane for the drive thru and when I got to the front of the line they told me I had customers in front of me and made me sit there for 40 minutes before they would help me. Worse customer service at a bank I have ever experienced avoid this bank at all costs.

Unless you have an hour of time to waste stay away!! Slow as a turtle literally every time I come to this bank for anything that requires a real person whether inside the lobby or in the drive through. Only on drive through lane is designated for a live teller inside the building, while the other lanes have virtual tellers which can NOT handle all transactions.

The bank manger perla has been an issue in the past with making things very complicated. I recently got an opportunity for a great financial help to me and my family. I had a check to deposit but was unable to get to the bank by 5:00. I called what they call the regions green line, I now call the regions red line. I was misinformed that there would be no issues depositing the check through the ATM. Surprise! A 10 day hold which caused a major issue of course. Showing them proof that the check had cleared the other bank account, speaking with that institution and the person who wrote the check and still a hold. Ok maybe you can get past that but what happens next will no doubt really anger you. 6 days later someone from regions placed a fraud alert on my account. So imagine Saturday you find out you have no access to any money, your cards don't work and this is your only bank account. Being a holiday weekend of course no one could help till Tuesday. Nope still no help Tuesday because not only there fraud department but the branch themselves couldn't figure out how to fix this. Was told when the 10 day hold for the check cleared it would MAYBE release. Surprise! Not only did the check clear as we knew and posted available in my account on Wednesday but no access to anything still. Bottom line it took till Friday at 4:00pm to finally have access to my account. I'm a single father and regions single handedly cost me a lot of money is late fees on bills, couldn't even put gas in the truck or barely feed the family. I can assure you as long as Perla is branch manager I will never step foot in this place again. The only person with this entire company that cared and actually tried to help me was Meredith Worthen! She was amazing and persistent in what was the worst experience I've ever had with a bank.

Customer service is awful. I made a withdrawal and was shorted $20. (I will take half the blame for not insisting the teller count it out to me) When I counted the money once I returned home, I called the bank and left a message. I called back the next day and spoke with the teller and he said the machine that counts out the money was balanced and would call me back with how this was going to be handled. I have waited 5 days and have heard nothing. Why is customer service so bad lately?

Signing documents at mortgage closing has been faster than making a deposit in the commercial drive thru today 50 minutes to serve one customer is ridiculous

I love this bank. I rarely have to visit the location but when I do they always recognize me. They ask about things we spoke about a year back. I've never had any issues they couldn't fix. I highly recommend this company.

I am 66 years old, a retired teacher on a budget. I visited this bank personally to withdraw most of my money to pay bills. I asked the banker if I had any regular monthly recurring withdrawals to specifically make sure I would not get an overdraft charge. The banker assured me I did not have any upcoming automatic withdrawals, so I felt comfortable withdrawing most of the money in my account. Two days later I received an email alerting me of an overdraft. I immediately rushed over to the bank to reconcile my account and bring it back into a positive balance. I had a recurring car insurance withdrawal. I did not know why and was unable to contact the bank because I was substitute teaching. Long story short, I called another banker who tried to argue and talk over me when I tried to explain my situation. So, again, I went in to talk to another banker who nonchalantly and unapologetically told me he could not help me. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed.

Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff! This is a smaller size bank so if it gets a little busy you might have to wait some. Great location for Sedona and Brittany Lakes residents.

Terrible customer service. Be prepared to be on hold anytime for at least 20 -30 minutes.
