Easy and affordable payments. It does cost more in the long run, but I didn't have to have all the money at once to own my item. I will be back if I find something else I want that I would need to make payments on, instead of one lump some of money. Thank you.

Lying about trading in my tv for the one I originally wanted. I was behind by a week and I told them my issues and they said they would trade in the tv I had for one I originally wanted just to get the money from me and after I paid they said no. So I’ll be going to corporate and I will not work with them until they do what they said they would.

Do not rent from this store they are really shady over there especially the store Manager Lorenzo my friend applied for a 75 inch tv but the employees were to lazy to go get one from another store so they forced on her a off brand 64 inch tv , she talked to the district manager about the situation and he agreed to switch them out but it was never done and it’s been a month now so she’s paying on a crappie tv that she didn’t want and her approval was close to $3000 and they refused to honor her Approval for that amount so Please don’t do business with this Location I don’t know how the other locations are but this one is Terrible

I needed a computer ASAP and the friendly, knowledgeable and fast crew at the League city Tx store made it happen. I'm now able to do my college courses and homework and submit my work from home. Which saves me a great deal of time considering I work fulltime and got to school fulltime.

Crystal (store manager) refused to rent to me because I asked questions about paying weekly instead of monthly. I signed two contracts with them TODAY and they cancelled both, the second without my permission and refused to deliver my refrigerator at all. The new guy who was taking my order tried, but Crystal’s emotional escalation and refusal to do business forced me to leave with no other options. She cancelled my contract because I was asking questions about about weekly vs bi-monthly payments. When I asked if she was refusing to honor our contract she literally slammed her office door in my face refusing to answer. Now I have no refrigerator.To the Owner: I have some audio to share with you before I make my complaint to corporate offices about your location’s refusal to honor the terms of the RentaCenter contracts. Thanks.Update:#1) I called your customer care center and gave my information. Gabriel called once and when I called back it said the number was disconnected.#2) I currently have a rental with one ofYour other locations so it’s impossible that you can’t find my contact information in your system.
