I have no words to explain how much I adore this school. Yes they accept NCI. I unfortunately had to move out the area but I left my daughter in this school for 3 months before I decided to move her to an equally good school. Mrs Blanca was very good with Myla. The front desk was wonderful, felt more relaxed and open. No judgement zone and they have a more understanding to all parents. I appreciate everyone who had a part of my daughter Myla upbringing and I wish the best to all of you.

Rising Star has been awesome for my two kids! The staff is super caring, my one year old and four year old love going there every day. It’s a safe and happy place for them, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they receive.

My husband and I couldn’t have picked a better daycare for our two youngest boys. They have been going to Rising Star for 2 years now and they both absolutely love it. The staff treats my boys as if they are one of their own and I love that!!

When it comes the director Ms Pouja She Literally Is The BEST ! My kids absolutely Love LOVE LOVE this daycare. All the staff is so friendly & very reliable. I trust my kids in they’re care .. put your kids in this daycare ❤️ they’ll love it

My oldest did pre-k here and my youngest is currently in pre-k here. I've got to say I am just blown away with the teachers at Rising Star! Not only do they enjoy going but the education and reading skills that have been taught to them are just outstanding! Thank you to the teachers for really taking the time with my children I really do appreciate how you've helped my girls.

My kids went to this daycare for years and today was their last day, before summer was over I asked several times if they would pick up my kids from PH Greene elementary, the director assured me there wasn’t gonna be a problem. Well today I got a call from school passed 4:00 pm to let me know my kids had not been picked up by daycare. There’s zero communication from the director who I honestly think is not all there, and even the director assistant. So my kids ended up getting picked up later and when I picked them up the owner informed me it was an inconvenience for them to pick up my kids from school, so today was the last day they would pick them up, so I didn’t even get any kind of notice and had to find a new daycare over the weekend. This daycare is not reliable, and they are irresponsible since this wasn’t the first time they would forget to pick up my kids from schoolUpdate: I got a phone call from the owner then day after I posted this review, she asked me to take it down but I won’t because I don’t wanna lie to people! If you love your kids do not send them here

I Took my kid here for years. I thought they were the greatest daycare for a long time. Then my youngest started preschool and needed to be picked up from elementary school and I was preparing to get a new daycare that was closer to my home. The director said that it wouldn’t be a problem so I said ok and stopped looking for an alternative.School started, and on FRIDAY EVENING the owner tells my wife that our elementary school is too far and she won’t pick them up any more. This puts us in a tough spot. It’s not like we have a lot of time before MONDAY to find a new daycare. They kinda screwed us. Don’t let them screw you too.

My kids and I were at League city pool today and they happen to be there for a field trip. I would be so upset if they talked to my children like they did the ones in their care. I didn't hear one nice, positive word come out of the lady's mouth. She was just ragging on the kids for small things. There is a way to talk to children and she doesn't seem to have that skill. She is the reason I'm scared of daycare. Poor Lyric got worst of it!

My child has been going here for 3 weeks now ..I love this daycare !!!and so does my daughter..During summer they are always keeping the after schoolers busy ,a field trip every other day . .. I referred 2 of my friends and they love it and so does there children !!! The staff is great!!!

I went through 2 other daycares before finding this one. The staff here is phenomenal. My kiddo wakes up excited to go to daycare now. He's 4 with a speech impediment and has always been shy about talking or expressing himself. Since coming here he has shown so much improvement. This is a wonderful group of caregivers. Truly grateful to know that he's always in good hands and that they care about my son just like family.

I absolutely love this daycare!! My son has been going here since he was 10 weeks old. They take fabulous care of him and every time he sees the infant teacher he gets the biggest smile on his face. I fully trust them with my son and do not have to worry about him during the day. It is a very clean daycare, and I feel they have the best teachers there that truly care about the kids.

New management is just AS BAD as the old management . They hired a director who was fired from another day care and from the looks of it she doesn't know what she is doing . They claim to have cameras going and our babies are safe but always have an excuse not to find the footage we ask to look at.They have fruit fly's flying all around, found them around my babies sippy cup . Every time I go to pick up my baby , some of the teachers are not even paying attention to half the kids , they are running around throwing toys at each other . I can honestly say there is only 4 or 5 good day care workers there but the rest are worthless, just there for a pay check and that is sad.

Worst, absolutely worst day care you can take your kids to! I’m sorry, but almost all staff is brand new, and the new director will not listen or solve any issues. She straight out started raising her voice at me in front of my 7 year old daughter! I went to her with a problem 3 weeks ago and she got mad at me because I asked for updates and didn’t wait for her to call me! I’m sorry, but my child is my top priority and I think 3 weeks is more than enough to look at the cameras and see how her teacher is letting older girls abuse and bully younger girls!So because she didn’t look mentally stable, I went ahead and I pulled both my kids out of there! I would not trust her around my kids anymore!Now, I’m waiting for the owners to call me back, of course they’re taking forever, maybe she didn’t even let them know that I am wanting to speak to them!

I have to say Rising Star Learning Center is great! We needed daycare for our son. He started when he was 1 and was there till he was 5 and than as schoolagers. Both of us loved this daycare! Thank you.
