The BEST service I’ve ever experienced! The entire staff was attentive to customers and making sure everything was neat and clean. They were friendly and made us feel welcomed the exact moment we came in. We had a 16’ pizza and garlic knots that were incredible. If U want a fast and easy dining experience or a lowkey date night this is the place to go.

I can't comment on the rest of the food. Yesterday, February 1, I went with my wife and daughter and we had a very bad experience with the pizza we ordered. My daughter was vomiting during the night, and my wife also had a stomach ache. That, what an unpleasant experience, I swear that I will never set foot in that place again,

Pizza is awesome! The price is worth it! One of the workers gave me a free drink because it was Christmas Eve.

Online website shows that the place is open, and let you place an order, when the restaurant is closed, while also requiring an upfront payment, so now you are left with the card charged and without a food in front of the closed restaurant.

I paid 18 dollars for the chicken parmesan, and got a piece of chicken with "pinch" of noodles probably 3 forks worth. thats Way too little noodles for the price. I've had the same dish elsewhere with a normal plates worth of noodles for less.

Forgive an old sailor/ truck driver...OH GOTDAMN THE PIZZA IS OUTSTANDING!!! I emphatically recommend and hopefully ill be back soon. Great job on the crust. Its firm but not so hard an old man like me would have trouble eating. The whole place is relaxing and the staff went above and beyond.. Thank you all!!!

We have been coming to this Russos location for many years, we haven’t been able to come in the past 8 months just do it the busyness, of the life etc. so our family decided to go have some of our favorite dishes and pizza.Needless to say the disappointment was beyond what we could have imagined. The food has become more generic and not that authentic Italian taste. The sauce & pepperoni on our pizza was completely different and did not taste as before, it was very bland and not robust as before with wonderful flavors. Our whole family noticed that first and foremost. Honestly it taste like frozen pizza or a slice you could get from a fair, even though we know it’s not frozen as they make in oven there at front so this has to be the ingredients that you have switched to. The pepperoni was also not the authentic “roni cup” also known as “cup and char” pepperoni like it was before either. We always order the big bowl of Cesar salad to share as a family and at the register they asked me if I was going to split the salad as I said yes and instead of bringing it in the big bowl, as before being able to split between my family they put it on two plates for only two members of my family. I know exactly how much product it used to be and what they used to give in the bowl and this was their way of actually not giving me the serving size I asked for to separate throughout my family. So less product with the same price and then trying to pull it over my eyes like I don’t know how much product is normally in the big bowl we purchase. It’s definitely not what was on the two plates they gave us, it was much less. I even mentioned this to them with no answer!…..The Caesar salad was very disappointing, as the lettuce was white and yellow, along with being drowned in Caesar dressing very unappealing and harsh to the taste. We couldn’t finish it.We ordered wings too, which were the garlic Parmesan. Then again these were not as wings were done prior, nor normally as wings should be. They literally fried the wings and then just put a little of garlic and butter and Parmesan over the top. The wings were not actually mixed into the garlic Parmesan sauce as they should have been. It was just a fried chicken wing with standing garlic on top and a little bit of Parmesan. The cheese sticks which have always been my children’s favorite prior were barely touched due to the generic taste, as if they just came out of the freezer. We truly love this place and would come all the time but huge suggestion if you cannot make your food up to par as it was Prior you will continue to loose business. Being a customer that has been coming for years and can taste the difference and see the difference along with the atmosphere in your restaurant, as being unwelcoming, and more rushed along with very dirty windows, floors, & bathrooms. There was and actual puddle of standing water in the only one stall that was available in the women’s to use because the other toilet was broken. Along with a dirty vanity in order to wash your hands, which is definitely a huge violation when it comes to health.I really hope you guys can come back to the original and how you were because we would hate to see this restaurant go under due to so many changes in the authenticity of the food, the cleanliness of the atmosphere, and the kindness of the staff. :( We will definitely give you guys another try but wait a couple months and then see if it’s still the same.

Great food and atmosphere. My wife is a celiac and loves their gluten-free pizza. Although, be careful with their gluten-free pasta as it is cooked in the regular gluten pasta water contaminating it with gluten. I give them credit gor trying, but a swing and a miss on that one.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options for gluten sensitive. If you are celiac, as my wife is, the cauliflower crust pizza has been safe, but the gluten-free pasta is cooked in the regular gluten pasta water contaminating it with gluten. So, I would advise against the pasta until they cook it in its own water to avoid cross contamination.
