I met Steven while he was walking docks and introducing himself a couple of years ago and have had additional similar encounters since.
When I decided to sell my dearly loved boat I sought Steven to represent me. He was enthusiastic and excited to list my boat. He quickly completed the listing and had the listing posted on many sites within a day.
Steven had two prospective contracts during the first week of listing and was able to complete the sale within ten days. Overall Steven provided excellent service and response. I highly recommend his brokerage firm and he personally should you need to sell or buy.

I really appreciate the attention to detail Stephen Seger showed throughout the process. Seger took the time to show me a lot of boats, give an honest assessment of what I was looking at, listened to what I was looking for and took the time to educate me and answer my questions. He made the boat buying process simple and I would recommend any friends without hesitation to use his services. I wasn’t by any means a big money client, but my transaction was treated as important and he made sure it was done in a timely fashion. I first met Stephen when inquiring about a boat he had for sale. We missed each other the first day and when I got back to him his following day had filled up. He asked me if I could meet him at 7am. I said “of course!” As I get up early. But I also work in real estate and good luck getting most agents to even answer the phone at that time. But there he was the next day on time! Those boats weren’t the ones, but he had a few others and after taking a few tours, I opted for one of those. I am in austin and did not have time to set up the various processes for the purchase(survey, haul out, Capt, etc) Stephen was extremely helpful with scheduling these. I basically said “ I have the money for the boat, can you do all the legwork?” He did so readily and efficiently and now I am the proud owner of my first bigger boat(32’.) I hope I don’t need another boat anytime soon! But if I did I would not hesitate to use Stephen as my broker in the search!

Stephen Seger does an outstanding job! He's always available for questions, is open to ideas and suggestions and is good at communicating what's happening which was most important for me since I'm out of state. (Had a bit of a misunderstanding at first about commissions, so need to be clear on that from the first).In addition, he goes out of his way to be helpful and make sure things go smoothly.But his most impressive trait is how very hard he works. And I can't emphasize that enough. Very impressive. He earned his commission. Highly recommend.
