Worse experience ever at this particular location. I put in an online order under my account (as I had done multiple times now) and went and picked up my paint. The employee who made the paint did not put in the color… so I basically paid $90+ for a gallon of white paint. When I called to tell the store this, I was then told, “No worries we’ll get that fixed for you and we will replace the can.” I was glad to hear that and even brought back the messed up paint for them to either dispose of or even add the color to that specific one since it was still a full can! The lady manager who works there was VERY RUDE and so UNPROFESSIONAL! TOTAL ‘KAREN’!! She told my husband that it was my fault, and they’re not replacing it! I went back and checked my order number AND product number.. I was in fact correct on what I ordered. They just simply messed up my order and didn’t add the color to the paint, but yet couldn’t admit their mistake. I would not recommend this location to anyone! HOWEVER, we went to the other location across the highway by Kroger and the Store Manager there was amazing! She replaced the can for us, apologized on behalf of the other location and gave us an additional discount for two more cans we needed to buy. She was a true angel!
Also, inserting a picture to show how bad this color was. They basically gave me a can of white paint and said it wasn’t their fault. You can see in the corners the beige tan color it’s supposed to be.

Had an amazing experience!! Miguel got us a perfect paint match very quickly, he was also very polite and gave great advice in recommending what kind of paint to use for our mix!! Will 100% be coming back again!

I left this review based on the interaction I had with a gentleman who presented himself as a sales representative for sherwin williams by the name of Roderick. Who wanted me to do business at this location. Not going into details of conversation, the rating states how it went. My business will not be directed to sherwin. Just FYI, train your salesman better. This review, by no means, is a reflection on the store and their employees. Solely on this one individual.

They gave me the wrong painting and then they didn't want to return it, it wasn't done. responsibleThe boy acted angry and then hid, they did not attend to me, I spent more money because of his irresponsibility.

We asked for advice on what paint to use on our new fiberglass doors. They suggested all surface enamel for the door and latitude for the trim. These products are absolutely terrible. They streak and clump and pull up. I’ve tried sanding down the areas and reapplying with different brushes. I tried wet sanding. Nothing will get these products to lay smoothly. Extra thick in some spots and you can still see the primer in other spots after multiple coats. The paint clumps and pulls up in other areas. After looking at reviews, multiple people have the exact same problems.Went back to the store and tried to exchange the product and they said there was nothing they could do because the product was tinted. Of course colored paint is tinted. No exchanges, no refunds. They only offered to sell us more of the same paint and some rollers that “might” help with the situation. That’s “company policy”. Now we have a brand new door and trim that are completely ruined and I have to spend more money to fix this problem. I’m absolutely shocked and disgusted with the customer service.

This was a wonderful experience. We went and got a mis tinted 5 gallon bucket for 10$ not to mention melanie(the lady at the front sesk)actually tinted it darker for us. So sweet. I will most definitely go back!

I don't remember the lady name who helped us! But she was great, we came in 15 minutes before closing and asked could we just pick it up the next day. She was very knowledgeable on what paint we should use for our house and walked us through all the paints. The only bummer was they didn't have any oil base paint for trim, but that wasn't her fault!
