Fedex went above and beyond to get the package to me after our location was reported as closed to get the package to me the following day. They followed up with me the following day to make sure we had great service on that delivery and ensured the package reached us. The customer service for that follow up call was American. I was very grateful for the follow-up. Fedex as a company is a lot more accountable than UPS.”
