I went inside because I NEEDED my coffee. I don’t remember the names but I remember how I felt after the service I got and how amazing the coffee is.I needed to make a correction on my drink and the barista fixed my drink up with a smile and made me feel okay for correcting my drink. If your coming for a quick coffee , try and go inside and get some good energy and service at the same time :)I approve this Starbucks

Drive thru was very busy so went inside. Employees were pleasant and all seemed to be working like a well oiled machine!!! The service was great and they promptly had my drink and egg bites right out to me.

Coffee was good, the staff was nice, and they had a bunch of those tumblers people go nuts for. Good experience. If i didn't like it, i would just go to the one in the Kroger right by it.

Revised. I am irritated, the person that stands out to take your order doesnt want to walk over to your car, instead stand on the corner where i cant see the menu. I have explained a few times to them, people are stopped in the drive thru me looking at the menu for 30 seconds is not slowing down the line.Then they won't take your card at the window i guess they dont want to touch it. I dont wont to touch their pad.10-11-23 715 am. The guy in drive-thru, what an amazing attitude. Give this guy a raise.

I'm not sure where to start. I've been going to this Starbucks since it first opened. The drinks were always made well, but now, ugh. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and took a swig of it once I got home and it just tastes like milk. Can't even taste the coffee. I asked not to have the cookie warmed up and... it was warmed up. I think there was a new person at the register and she didn't even give me a discount for bringing my own Starbucks cup. I don't know what's going on with the training over there, but the standards have, unfortunately, gone way down.It's a sad day. Most likely won't be returning there again.

So-so experience for a Starbucks. The service was really really slow. I went inside to order, and if you don’t order ahead or go through the drive thru, be prepared to be the last priority. I waited almost 20 minutes for a latte, while about 15 or 20 drive thru customers got rushed through. After all that, my latte was not very good. I probably will not go back.Parking: Fair amount of free parking

Simple order...2 caramel apple spice with no whipped cream. 1 was correct. 1 was a coffee drink. How can such an easy order get messed up. On top of that, I atte to call the store for a hour. Busy, whinch means an employee took the phone off. So I had to drive all the way back to the store and wait in drive thru AGAIN. When I told the employee, she immediately said "I'm new here." !?!? Then she went to another employee who asked me what the problem was with the drink. I pointed to the label and said that it wasn't what I ordered. Then the original employee at the drive thru the first time asked what was wring. So for the THIRD time, I expl. I then stated it was very inconvenient to have to drive all the way back to the store. When I mentioned the phone, the employee just shrugged. Although the employee said sorry, it would have gone a long way to offer a cake pop or a drink coupon or somethung. Fast food places do better than this Starbucks in correcting an error. I will NEVER return to this Starbucks. The employee didn't care. Once my Starbucks card is empty, I will also look elsewhere unless someone reaches out with better customer service skills. I have worked in customer service and worked hard letting customers know they were appreciated.
