I’ve been living here for 4 years and the experience has been awesome!!!! They really take good care of the property. The amenities is always nice and clean ; clubhouse and pool, when something breaks it’s immediately fix you don’t have to wait for days. The staff and maintenance guys are always helpful and friendly. Very quiet and safe! Safety was one of my main concerns and I never had an incident the entire time that I’ve been living here . It’s conveniently located to grocery stores, banks and hospitals. There are several nearby parks in the area as well as schools. I would definitely recommend this as a place to live , whether you’re single or have a family!!!

An absolutely wonderful apartment complex! We have lived here for a couple years now and have no complaints. The neighborhood is really peaceful and quiet with lots of walking paths throughout. The office staff has always been great meeting our needs/answering any questions we have, and the maintenance team is seriously outstanding! It’s a great area to live in if you’re looking to move into the area.

Nov 2024 till date : The maintenance and the ease of signing lease, the safety at Avenues at Tuscan Lakes is really appreciated. Its a quiet space with great amenities. I liked my experience with apartment living so far. There have been no issues with pests of any kind. Everything here is neat and well maintained. I will change my rating to a 5 star if it continues to trend this way in the next few months. Will continue to update the review here :)

Lived at the Avenues Apt for a few years now and love living here. Well maintained property and outstanding staff! Nice to see the same faces as time goes by, always friendly and take care of business when needed. Also staff does great job is keeping the property SAFE and in order!

We love it here. All the staff are really super nice. The amenities are great
Nice big salt water pool, game room, a nice place to workout with free weights or machines. We made the decision to move back to Oklahoma to be with family
We will miss our friends at the complex.

My wife and I lived here for almost 4 years. This was the first home we shared together and we had such a wonderful experience. The staff are all amazing, especially John, Richard, and Vincent! They all went above and beyond. We are very thankful to everyone for making this such an amazing home to us.

We are very pleased with our apartment because it really feels like a home not your average apartment. We love having the garage attached with the washer /dryer back entry. We are actually talking about looking into a 3 bedroom, we are currently in a 2 bedroom. LOVE IT HERE.

I have had the best experience renting here at The Avenues at Tuscan Lakes. The staff has been absolutely wonderful and has gone above and beyond. Paige has been amazing and reached out several times to ensure that everything was going ok. I could not have asked for a better experience and I look forward to the rest of my time here. Would highly recommend calling this place home.

Staff is wonderful! Beautiful grounds and pool. 3 bedroom apts designed well. Glad we picked Avenues!
A YEAR LATER, we are still enjoying living here!! Avenues just had a Halloween party that was enjoyed by all !! Food, drinks and prizes. The staff goes all out for the community parties throughout the year.
Staff is prompt when needing their help. The car wash station is very handy. Nice walking paths around complex.
