I love shopping at Home Depot because my experience has been better in-store service than Lowe's. Now I'm not sure. I think I left my drivers license and credit card there. So I call. And a nice Lady Paula kept transferring me to a ringing phone they nobody answered. I just asked if they had a lost and found. I live 30 minutes away. So now I need to drive there because nobody could even say "yes we have a lost and found" or"Let me look" or "sorry we are just too busy to help anybody on the phone. I'm told the managers were "probably in a meeting". Every manager and district Manager should have to call their own place of business and see how they get treated. Sadly companies don't really want to talk to you on the phone anymore.

There is a female manager there that is awful! We purchased a few appliances. In store. Picked them out and said this is what I want and the person rang us up. We also asked about delivery because our house was under construction. They said we could push it back as much as we wanted. Get it delivered and it's the wrong fridge. Same fridge. Same name. But the one we wanted had the ice and water maker. The version we got did not. Called and Francesca was super helpful and awesome. She said to refuse the delivery and come up to the store. So I did. Then I got the manager. Who quite rudely wanted to know why we pushed our delivery back and how we didn't check the receipt better. I explained the receipt had multiple appliance purchases and the name of the fridge was correct on the receipt. (Got it on Black Friday sale). She then told me that the only thing she could do was sell me a new one at the new sale price ($1000 more than Black Friday). She said first the warehouse would have to get it back. Asked how long that would take and she gave me a rude look and said she couldn't tell me. Asked what happens if the sale ends before they call me. She said nothing she could do about that. Sale ends when it ends. She also said some other rude things and chatted with the customer next to me while having the conversation. Clearly showed my problem was not her concern. Called corporate and was told that she pretty much lied and she could have and should have offered me a discount for everything that happened. And also that the warehouse always gets items back that night after all the deliveries are made and that any manager should know that. Home Depot needs to evaluate who they have as leaders.

After not having much luck, Kyle went above and beyond by searching the entire store and checking the inventory on the truck that wasn’t unloaded yet to ensure the product I’ve been searching all over town for was available for me :) So happy and grateful! The woman at the pick-up spot was a delight and helpful as well ☺️

Kudos to manager Minnie and Customer service rep Karen P for going beyond the expected. Paid twice on line for Rubbermaid storage unit after contacting National Customer Service rep. Directed my order to League City. When we showed up to pick up one of the 3 units in stock, there was only 1 and was damaged. Karen and Minnie credited both the prior orders and reordered a new one to be delivered this morning. And now ZI finally have my new storage unit. Thank you Ladies.

OMGHome Depot off of 646 in League City. TexasExcellent customer service every single time. But I must say that this evening was better than exceptional. The return agent Kelly and another employee who helped her went over and beyond in giving me exceptional customer service on something that I bought, could not use and returned it a few mts later without a receipt. I also didn't have my Home Depot credit card I put it on and they bent over backwards in finding the skew #'s and everything needed to properly serve me with the problem item. I am super please with them I highly recommend this store for these excellent service representatives. I pray that they get promoted and bonuses for their exceptional service. Ameen

Worst phone assistance I have ever received. You would think you were on punked or something. Seriously awful! I spent almost an hour just trying to get connected to someone and then they kept putting the phone down and walking away. You could here them in the background just ignoring the phone. Then, when someone would pick it up, I would have to explain my purpose for calling all over again. I just wanted to make sure they had a product before I sent someone out of town to this location to pick it up for me. Extremely frustrating and a waste of time. Zero help.

I ordered an online Husky product and have not received it. Home Depot's sitting on it in transportation telling me they don't have anyone to deliver it. They will happily refund my money...I bought it during the Labor Day Sale. So I am questioning if they are not honoring their advertised sale price?

We have waited 3 months for our cabinet order from American Woodmark. We were told by the Cabinet specialist that we would get our order in 3-6 weeks. It ended up taking 3 months!!! After the installation, we noticed how poorly painted the drawers/cabinets were. Prior to this, we had to get broken cabinets replaced. Lastly, the sink cabinet was measure incorrectly. It would not have been so bad if they were up front with us on a delivery date. The quality control of the cabinets is non existent and we can’t wait to find out how our counter top is going to go! Buy somewhere else!

I came looking for established vegetable plants to plant in the garden. I found a couple of different varieties of tomatoes, bought 4 plants and was on my way. They also had lots of tomatoes and egg plant and several varieties of hot peppers. I was hoping that there would be a bigger selection of different vegetables, but I was shopping on a Monday afternoon and it's possible that they sold a lot over the weekend. The cashier at the outdoor area, Francesca, was super friendly and quick. She pointed out doing a survey located at the bottom of the receipt and I could win a chance to get a $5,000 HD gift card. Wouldn't that be great!?!

Edited review: I am now thoroughly convinced that the people at Home depot are part of a community, willing to listen, help, and do whatever it takes to keep the League City and surrounding area supplied to the best of their abilities. These people are legitimately courteous, respectful, and overall willing to go above and beyond what is necessary to get a job done. This last week I had a problem with my recently purchased Tuff shed. My review with them will remain the same because they only fixed the problem when coerced by a major company, not because it was the right thing to do. They just didn't want their contract with Home depot jeopardized. I get it. But as a consumer, I judge their motivations, and they aren't ethical. The manager at Home depot Listened to me when I called. He heard me, understood that this was not an acceptable problem with a shed that was less than a month old, and got on the problem right away. He called Tuff Shed Corporate office and advocated on my behalf. Got a hold of people I could never dream of speaking to. Rattled some cages. Got something done. Within a few hours, he had someone out to fix my shed- THAT DAY. What a guy. That is why I changed my review. I debated whether to leave my old review up or not, but I decided that if you wanted to read on, to see the issue and how upset I was, and how grateful I am at having a manager go out of his way (not having any clue about this review, by the way, he was just doing his job) to help out a customer who had been wronged by a company that they were partnering with, a company who was sending representatives to sit out in their parking lot day in and day out, saying hi to people, shake hands in good faith, and then swindle people right under their noses, that you should have the right to see it. You can also pop on over to tuff shed to see their review. I got a response by the way. He left an email for me to contact them. Funny, because I have left almost a dozen voicemails and emails before leaving these yelp reviews. Funny how that works... Here's the original review: I am so disappointed. I expected more from a company as reputable as this. I bought a basic 10x12 Tuff Shed from the League City Home Depot in mid March. Had it installed April 1st (I know, foreshadowing, right?!?) Less than a month after installation, the problems have started. My door started sticking. There is a gap in the back where the light comes. And now, exactly one month after install, the door will not even close. AT ALL. I put everything in that shed, and now I can't even lock it. How can I feel safe, knowing I can't even lock up my shed at night? Knowing I can't even close the door? When I called for help, I got the run around. Speaks a great deal for the kindness of salesmen... their smiles stop the minute you sign across the dotted line and hand them their check. What did this slime ball say? He literally told me to go on Craigslist to find someone to fix it for me. Excuse me? Really? You don't warranty your work? Why did I go with a name brand then? But I digress...and kept reading the fine print, searching the 3 point font for anything that might be of use. So far all I have is a headache. I then called customer service warranty department to see if they could help. They were nicer, at least. Assured me someone would be out to fix the problem. Funny thing is, that day came and went, and no one ever showed up. No one called. No one even rescheduled. Nothing. And now I just get a "leave a message after the tone" recording. I am beginning to wonder just how reputable this company really is. Tuff Shed, shame on you. You are swindling people out of their hard earned money, giving them the impression that you back up your work when you have no interest in doing anything but lining your own pockets. Home Depot, you should be ashamed of yourself as well, doing business with sleazy company like this. With a company that went from excellent customer service to utilizing used car salesmen tactics for a quick sale. Figure this re
