After three hours of trying to reach our insurance company and several other places and getting no answers and no help we were getting desperate…it was getting close to 3am and we were stuck in the middle of nowhere …We searched again and found Taylor Towing!! I called and immediately got a respond!! They were amazing!! Daniel arrived in a timely manner and winched my son’s car from the mud quickly and safely and the cost was very reasonable. “Outstanding customer service!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a leaking air bag on the rear of our motorhome. We had heard replacement of these are recommended between 7 and 10 years and ours was 8 years old. Once replaced we asked them to evaluate the front airbags as we did not wanna be left stranded if they go out it isn’t drivable. Due to the current supply change shortage, the front airbags we’re not available at the manufacturer. Tommy went above and beyond to locate a replacement set of front airbags at a out of state freightliner repair shop. He made a deal with the other shop to have them purchased and shipped to us prior to our departure on an out-of-state trip. Can’t say enough how wonderful it is to have a trustworthy RV repair shop in Santa Fe. Especially when it’s owned and operated by a local family who supports our community!!!
