“This is the best shop around and they really care about their customers. I have been going there for years now and not once did I ever get bad service. They will at times go beyond duty to help. This past Friday August 14 I noticed something hanging down underneath my engine I got there right at closing time. Zach was very understanding of my concerns and put it in side and told me it was the cover for my oil pan and filter. The screw were strip and falling out and order the part from Nissan since it was a dealer part. Even though it was very hot he took the time take it off for me so there wouldn't be any damage to my engine and called me the next day Saturday said he ordered it and when it comes in he called me. Not every shop has good people like Zach,Steve and Sam and Leo. Sorry I can't remember the others guys but they are very nice and will never tell you something needs to fixed that isn't broken.”
“I got my factory muffler replaced on my truck with a Flowmaster super 40. Overall, I had an excellent experience here. They handled everything well and I’m very happy with the end result. My truck sounds great, and the price was very reasonable for the work they did.
Bassel was the person who helped me, and he was extremely friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things to me, answer my questions, and make sure I understood what was being done to my truck. I really appreciated his customer service and how helpful he was throughout the process.

The AutoNation Acura service department with Richard always inspects the vehicle to make sure we are not missing something that needs attention. Speaking to him over the phone, Carlos was patient with me as I did my best to explain the issues that I was having with my vehicle. He quoted services to me that he recommended I get done. Scheduled a drop off appt for me for the next day. “When it comes to mechanics, the most important thing above, all is honesty and integrity. People that aren’t mechanically inclined such as a real mechanic can very easily be duped into purchasing things that they don’t need to get and ripped off. Which is why I’ve always used pander automotive. He’s always been honest and carried himself with respect and dignity, which I find the most important thing in both life in a mechanic. After taking my car to the pander automotive, my overflow reservoir was accidentally left off and coincidentally my alternator went out at the same time. There was no way to know whether it was my power steering reservoir that did it and it was a coincidence or if it was the radiator fluid that did it. But pat did the right thing and he fixed it. Paid for the alternator fixed it and made it right. Mistakes happen. But the most important thing is being honest and handling things maturely and respectfully. Even though this mistake has happened I would always really still bring my car back to pander automotive because of the way it was handled. Thank you, pat for handling it the way you did. It meant the world to me at a time when times were tough. If there’s ever any doubt on where to bring your car, stop debating and bring it to pander automotive.”

The guys at Gulf Coast Auto and Truck were great! I dropped off my car in the evening with what I thought was an oil leak. They couldn't look at it the same day but by the next morning, they were already letting me know what they found. No repairs were needed and I'm glad I could count on their honesty.
