I had an appointment at the Benefit Brow Bar, but because this was my first time getting my eyebrows done at Ulta I was nervous so I asked an employee to help me and Mrs. Devin did just that! She took me to Luis and let him know I was there. Luis transformed my brows like no other. He was very professional, friendly, and informative on my eyebrow waxing service. I didn’t think my eyebrows could get any shape but he proved me wrong! After the service, Devin came up to me and asked how it went and let me know she’s a salon hair dresser at this Ulta. Both Luis and Devin were so nice and I recommend this Ulta to anyone in the area! Thanks again to the friendly staff for such a wonderful experience!!

I have never been to Ulta. I was looking for a specific item. obviously I looked lost when I walked in the door, but no one was willing to help me out. they just stayed in their group and continued to talk. after about 5 minutes I found what I was looking for. instead again of asking if I needed any help again, they decided to watch me to see if I was stealing.fine whatever, I used to work asset protection.go to check out, tell the cashier thank you have a good day, she didn't say anything. so I stopped at the door and said thank you have a good day again. she just looked at me and shook her head yes.I will never enter foot into this Ulta again. the rudest employees I have ever run across. spend your money somewhere else!

This Ulta Salon had been the best one I have gone too. It's a little further than my closest ULTA. But would 100% drive for their professionalism. They have done my hair (ashlyn) and fell in love with her hair massage/shampoo!It actually improved my dandruff!I also took my son for a perm, and the girls where hillarious and made him feel confortable. His hair looked great afterwards. But I do need education on how to care for his new perm (like he's going to let me right).Some of the floor people always warmly welcome us and help us in product location.Keep up the superior service.I've only had one hiccup, but they attempted to resolve it after the fact not in the moment. Which was an inconvenience

I just really can't stand it when they push a product on me and only use it on half of my face. Does that actually work on anyone? Then I have to wait until they leave to put it on the other half of my face. And of course the prices are ridiculous and the place was messy af.

My daughter enjoys this store and purchases very faithfully, and I will admit they do have nice merchandise such as "Juvia's" make-up line I love. When we go I am usually not of interest to go because one thing I cannot stand is at this location(which is the only one I've ever visited) enjoys following more then assisting, I love to smell the perfumes when there, and here comes an employee(s) acting as if they have merchandise on a shelf to fix, we move to the blow dryers, here comes one or two to stand near the salon section and stare acting like they're having conversation, we may go to the clearance section, one may trail on the next aisle ??. My child is loyal with your company and makes purchase frequently.Please be careful on who you judge to want to follow because word by mouth Ulta is known by this and it is very obvious . When all merchandise is sold within the company of various brands and lines of all shades, all shades of people are interested to visit and purchase, so treat all fair .

Bridgette is an absolute god send! I took my list of products I needed to get. With confidence and patience she looked through it. Narrowed it down , and got to helping me. She took her time in showing me foundations for my skin type, matched my foundation , gave me tips on what NOT TO DO. She even tested the products on me prior to purchasing. To others this might sound like “Oh it’s her job to do that”. But after covid it’s been really hard for me to find good costumer service anywhere. I feel blessed , happy , and pleased with my purchase today.By the way I went during my lunch hour! So the fact that she took her time delivered great customer service and I still had time to drive back to work and eat.I will also add that this is not the first time I encounter Bridgette. She helped me before (I don’t expect for her to remember me) , but the fact that she treated me with consistency both times shows me it wasn’t just a fluke!

I like shopping Ulta but will go to another location. Asked for help and was taken to the product. Great! Then told this is the last on and proceeded to open the already filthy box then went on to open the product and gum it up. Then handed it to me. I returned it to the shelf and walked around. So many filthy, open, unsealed products on the shelf. These things go on my face. I don't want them opened by staff and other people.

I love the ease of ordering online & picking up in store. It's always quick & easy. I will say everything I order online & it offers a free gift. They never have them in the store. That is annoying, I would like the free gift/gifts. Who doesn't love free products?!

Let’s just say the only people who would appreciate my shade of brown are the makers of Fenty Beauty. Everybody in the store was greeted by a worker or asked if they needed help except for me. Very interesting (that’s sarcasm btw, you know exactly why I wasn’t helped). Every day I cry, I ask why and I pray nobody gotta go through what I went through. I will be sticking to online purchases and Sephora for the foreseeable future because at least those people can act like they give a darn about you for two whole seconds!

First off, I walk in and see a long line with only one lady working at the register. As i’m walking around the store looking for a product I see about six employees just chillin in the back of the store chatting it up. I go up to them to ask where a product is and one of the girls with the most hideous pink choppy pixie cut had the nerve to say “i’m doing something” then points across the store without even looking at me saying “its over there”. I don’t understand the attitude? This girl was acting like I had asked her to move a mountain. Smh.

I just move to this side of town and it is definitely intimidating going to a new area, and asking for help! BRIGET AND GIO!!! GIO AND BRIDGET!!!! WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME!I cannot thank them enough. They made me feel cared for and understood. I didn’t feel pressured at all to purchase anything, BUT I STILL TOOK IT ALL :)). Not to mention how well they knew their products!It is refreshing to go into a store like this and get incredible service! Thank you so much for your amazing service and kindness. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This location is the BEST Ulta I have been in. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Loreen and Nora know me by name. They are exceptional and have a great deal of knowledge about the products. Night and day compared to the Kemah location! I will never go back to the Kemah location, this is my go- to store!!!

Got my haircut by Lauren, she seemed like she could care less to be there, put the deep conditioner in my hair and walked off to talk to her coworker in another room till it was done. I tried to ask about the shampoo and conditioner she used since I'm trying to be better about my hair care, gave me the shortest answers like I was bothering her. For $75 I could have cut my own hair at home, I wanted her to cut it nicer but she only shaped what I had cut myself previously. Wasn't very happy with the experience and definitely won't be back to see her
