Store 5337 in league city is the best UPS location! The staff is always welcoming, friendly, prompt and on top of their stuff! It’s like they actually want customers to visit. Plus it always smells nice and inviting. Keep up the great work ladies!!!

Ms. Tina is always super thorough and incredibly helpful! They always ensure that no packages are missed for pickup, and if any rare hiccup ever occurs she always troubleshoots promptly! 5 stars isn't enough so I'm putting 6 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I needed medicine to get to my husband across the state of Texas in a crunch. Olivia did everything and even stayed a few minutes late to make sure that I got this shipped out today. I appreciate the effort from all three ladies that were in there today.

The ladies at the store in League City, Texas @ Hwy 646 & Interstate 45 were AWESOME!! I was sending 2 portraits of my best friend that past away to her son. They took great care to protect my precious contents so nothing would break on its way to Ohio.

I walked into the store early morning and it was about 25 people waiting to be serve, I just knew I would be there for a while. The young lady that was by herself, worked so efficiently and fast and correctly, kept a good attitude. To my surprise we were out of that store in no time🤗. Very, very good employee, we appreciate her!!

I would like to just like to respond to the latest review about our location being closed. We did place a sign was displayed right about our store hours letting our customers know of our closure.

Store is still closed. Opening time 10:00AM on Sunday. Many customers left, including me. This is very unprofessional.
