Excellent handling of packages and very knowledgable. Highly recommend USPS for every shipping needs. Sometimes there's a line so they should be hiring more workers.

Outstanding post office best in league city. Got my passport and the individual was extraordinary in helping us out and taking pictures. Will return in 10 years to renew my passport here.

Just got my passport done here and the gentlemen helping me was so kind, helpful, and patient. There was a family of 5 right before me and despite there being a language barrier, he remained patient and helpful to them. 10/10

Do not go here!
TERRIBLE! experience. We were denied walk-in service at 2:30 PM, even though their staff & others say they accept walk-ins until 3:00 PM. The staff member (male) was extremely rude and dismissive. What made it worse was that shortly after denying us, the same worker allowed two white individuals to walk in without issue. It felt discriminatory and unfair. Thankfully, a kind woman helped us find a nearby passport office where we were treated with respect and got everything done at a courthouse. Avoid this place if you want decent service and equal treatment.

Has to be the worst post office I’ve ever had the unfortunate experience to have to go to.
Seems on almost every trip , one employee is working the front counter , at a snail’s pace, while other employees are walking around in the back , completely unaware of the issues upfront . Complaints to the congressman’s office has done little to correct issues.
For a town the size of League City , it needs at least 2 additional post office locations.
If time is a valuable commodity, I strongly suggest using a Mom and Pop postal store.

The store needs new or repaired carts! I am handicapped and my service dog pulls y cart for me I use the cart for balance the last roomed I went I tried 4 carts before I found one the I didn’t have to constantly try the carry left or right. Again I have balance problems and use a service dog they carry pulling to the right or left or not easy for me to use. Not time before that I went through 3 carts the time before that I went through 5 maybe I should try Kroger to see if there carts roll straight. Fix the damn carts or make a row with carts that roll straight.

There were absolutely NO appointments left in the general Houston area to get my passport. Had to schedule in League City begrudgingly. Service was quick, and the attendants were patient with me as I struggled to secure payment. Lifted a lot of stress off of my shoulders!

Several times in recent months, I've left time-sensitive outgoing mail in my streetside box, only to find it still there the next day with new mail added to the box. Total lack of concern for their job on the part of the delivery person.

I dreaded driving my family to the other side of Houston for a scheduled passport appointment at this location. However, this was a great experience! The staff were VERY nice, respectful, patient, and hilarious! I wish every post office provided this same level of experience.

Key left in the mailbox did not open any of the lockers. Of course it's a Saturday and there will be no support until Monday. Extremely frustrating.
