I always get my glasses from them but everytime (every single time, for years), they always ALWAYS have an issue understanding my insurance.
If you have Davis Vision Insurance, if you can afford to go somewhere else I'd recommend doing that instead of going here.
I only go here cause they have the cheapest frames and everytime it takes hours to be able to leave cause of how long it takes for them to even understand the insurance. But if I could afford someplace else I wouldn't continue coming here. I'm tired of the headache I get from even just thinking about having to get new frames from them.
Maybe I'll just start paying more and go to Warby Parker (their biggest competitor supposedly). At least their staff knows how to read and understand all insurances.

This place is horrible. 800.00 on a cheap pair of glasses that I've had to return back twice.. now I've had to go two weeks without glasses unless I buy another pair.

I love the selection of eyeglasses here in League City :-) I found two that I really love. Even though I only bought one pair the lady was nice and helping me to get good discounts. Will always be using you in the future if I don't get cataract surgery.

With only one associate working at the time, the associate was considerate and addressed me as I entered the store and split time with me and the other customer as they got to a comfortable decision making spot. It took no time to checkout once the associate was able to get to me.

The specialist was attentive yet gave us space to pick glasses then helped us with costs as I had insurance and my husband did not. And since we are both retired, her helping us with savings was so very appreciated. No pressure and sensitive to clients needs.

Sabrina was extremely helpful and took the time to explain my benefits and the difference between the lens. She was handling at least 5 customers at the same time, all while working alone. I was very impressed with her customer service skills and knowledge on everything. Thank you very much Sabrina!

If I could give negative stars I would. My daughter's glasses took a month to come in. I was told they kept failing inspection. When we finally got them, they were polarized sunglasses, not transition lenses. How do you screw up that bad? There is a huge difference between polarized lenses and transition lenses. This was not the first time that Visionworks screwed up either. The last time we ordered glasses, it took almost a month because they kept breaking the frames while making them. At least that time, they made her an additional pair at no extra cost because it took so long and they were very apologetic. This time, all I was offered was to have them remade, which would be another month of waiting on glasses or get a refund. I chose a refund. Also, when we were there the second time ordering glasses, a customer was upset because they messed up her glasses when putting nose pieces on that were put on incorrectly. Unfortunately, with insurance, there isn't always a choice in where you can go, but if there is, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. We had glasses from Target Optical last time, and they were great. It only took a week to get her glasses in, and it was the same type of lense, but unfortunately our insurance changed and we ended up back at Visionworks. Never again!
