After working a grueling 12-hour shift of heavy-duty labor, dealing with customers, and then spending two hours driving, I had to deal with the added stress of my card being stolen. Needing cash back, I stopped at this Walgreens since my usual one wasn’t nearby. I planned on doing two cash-back transactions—nothing unreasonable.
The cashier, a polite and helpful young lady, said she could do one transaction. When she asked her manager if she could process a second, the manager—who had been eavesdropping—swaggered over, looked me up and down like I was beneath her, and, with her lips pressed so tight I thought they’d snap off, muttered, “Nope—uh uh, we’re not doing that,” before stomping away like a child throwing a tantrum.
I was exhausted, freezing, soaked from the rain, and barely able to walk due to a bad back. Yet, this so-called manager couldn’t even show an ounce of human decency. Instead, she treated me like an inconvenience. Funny enough, I drove to another Walgreens, and they had no problem helping me—proving that the issue wasn’t policy, just her nasty attitude.
To the manager working January 29th around 7 PM: I hope you learn some basic customer service skills and find a better way to interact with both employees and paying customers. Your condescending, dismissive behavior was completely uncalled for.

The very best Walgreens I've ever walked into for the first time. The pharmacy techs were ALL SO SWEET & HELPFUL!!!!! I felt a sincere & positive vibe from everyone. They are outstanding to the fullest. A million stars.

OMG. My doctor sends in my prescription. I call as soon as I get home from the Doctor to remind them that they ship my medicine to me as I have a hard time finding a ride. 5 days go by so I call back. We are sorry but they are still here. We will send them today. 2 more days and the Pharmacist calls me to let me know I have to go up there, my insurance wants me to sign for them. 2 days later I find a ride to pick them up and I'm told, Sorry sir, we have nothing for you...I'm livid...and I'm done. Looking for a new pharmacy.

The evening staff is horrible nobody is ever at the front register. They spend their time laughing and talking while you stand there in the photo lab looking dead at you. I had to ask if I was going to get help the last couple of times and I was rude about it because they saw me standing there. Then the dude goes to mess with some shelves and after I asked then the rude Mexican lady who never wants to come help asked him to come help me and I was short but no apology for the wait or thank you. Like keep someone at the register we shouldn’t have to wait until they finish their convo to come help us period.

Called in a prescription yesterday. Told it was ready last night but I didn’t try to pick it up until today, waited in long line of cars and when it was finally my turn the rude girl told me it wasn’t ready and I should get drive around and get back in long line and maybe it would be ready by then. I won’t be coming back.

You have the absolute WORST pharmacy staff. They lie about wait times and then do nothing to fill or sign off on the prescriptions. They told my mother almost 2 hours ago it would be ready in 30 minutes and here I am, had to drive around and get in the end of the line as they instructed and am still sitting here waiting all because your pharmacist still hasn’t “checked off” on this and is currently sitting in the break room . She assured me it’s been sitting there ready for awhile and that’s all she needs. Why hasn’t this been signed off on in the last hour and a half? Trash staff. In line for almost 20 minutes the first time and now I’ve been here about another 15 since they told me loop around. Can’t stand this location and told my mother she needs a new pharmacy. The girl in the window hates her job. You can tell.
