OMG. My doctor sends in my prescription. I call as soon as I get home from the Doctor to remind them that they ship my medicine to me as I have a hard time finding a ride. 5 days go by so I call back. We are sorry but they are still here. We will send them today. 2 more days and the Pharmacist calls me to let me know I have to go up there, my insurance wants me to sign for them. 2 days later I find a ride to pick them up and I'm told, Sorry sir, we have nothing for you...I'm livid...and I'm done. Looking for a new pharmacy.

The evening staff is horrible nobody is ever at the front register. They spend their time laughing and talking while you stand there in the photo lab looking dead at you. I had to ask if I was going to get help the last couple of times and I was rude about it because they saw me standing there. Then the dude goes to mess with some shelves and after I asked then the rude Mexican lady who never wants to come help asked him to come help me and I was short but no apology for the wait or thank you. Like keep someone at the register we shouldn’t have to wait until they finish their convo to come help us period.

Called in a prescription yesterday. Told it was ready last night but I didn’t try to pick it up until today, waited in long line of cars and when it was finally my turn the rude girl told me it wasn’t ready and I should get drive around and get back in long line and maybe it would be ready by then. I won’t be coming back.

You have the absolute WORST pharmacy staff. They lie about wait times and then do nothing to fill or sign off on the prescriptions. They told my mother almost 2 hours ago it would be ready in 30 minutes and here I am, had to drive around and get in the end of the line as they instructed and am still sitting here waiting all because your pharmacist still hasn’t “checked off” on this and is currently sitting in the break room . She assured me it’s been sitting there ready for awhile and that’s all she needs. Why hasn’t this been signed off on in the last hour and a half? Trash staff. In line for almost 20 minutes the first time and now I’ve been here about another 15 since they told me loop around. Can’t stand this location and told my mother she needs a new pharmacy. The girl in the window hates her job. You can tell.

The photo center customer service is always not good. The lady representative is rude and not one is ever there to help you with your photo needs.

The pharmacy tech Kaitlyn is so friendly and willing to help . I usually dread calling the pharmacist but when she answers she is truly just so pleasant to deal with . She has really helped my family with caring for my sick brother who is in liver failure !! Great employee!! Walgreens is lucky to have her !!!

I seriously think this place sucks bc of the pharmacist. They have the slowest service ever. Trying to get a hold of someone is next to impossible. Been on hold for over 10 mins and the girl keeps answering and putting me on hold b4 I can say anything.

This Walgreens location is great. Their staff are super friendly, especially Ms. Mary, the older front cashier who works mornings; and Francesca, the younger girl who switches between front cashier and pharmacy.I don't see the manager all that often, but whenever I do, he always makes it a point to stop and ask if I'm finding everything okay, or if I need any help finding something.The pharmacy staff are also very helpful. They have never made a fuss over getting me certain non-prescription items (such as OTC meds) in the drive through. However, the drive through can be slow at times, so any time I need my medication(s) right away and I see that the drive through is busy, I'll bring my prescription(s) inside and wait while they are being filled, and they can usually have them ready for me in about 20 minutes.

Customer service used to be be excellent but the current pharmacy staff needs to be trained in customer service. I went there 3 minutes before closing to pick up my son’s medication. “The oh my gosh!”, attitude of the pharmacy tech the moment I pulled up to the drive through window was on open display. It was so visible that it was almost impossible for her to hide it. She was in so much rush that she told me that my son was not on my wife’s insurance when he was, the lack of empathy and understanding coming from her left me in disbelief. I ended up leaving the medication because she didn’t have the time to verify my insurance information because she was in so much rush to close. They need to improve on their customer service skills. It would go a far way to build a positive relationship with the people and the community you serve.
