The pharmacy is terrible. The manager and staff are rude and can’t seem to find or fill prescriptions when they come in from the doctor, even though they sent the doctor a confirmation they had received it. They said they didn’t have it. You can wait 15-20 minutes at the drive through. I waited another 10 minutes at the window when I finally got there.

Very poor customer service in the pharmacy. Incredibly long wait times and not very friendly staff.

Moved my prescriptions here because it is close to my business. It has been a nightmare. My old Walgreens always had non stock meds next day. This Walgreens…. Wow. Everyone is so angry, if you ask a question you get barked at, they have never once completed an order for me without me having to call or come in and hold their hand. Today I called for the 4th day in a row about a RX that is STILL not in and they can’t tell me why. She was very upset that I was asking so many questions that she just sighed and hung up on me.

I actually give it negative Five stars. This place it a prime example of service industry workers gone wild. The pharmacy staff and pharmacist were rude and disrespectful, asked my wife for proof that she received text saying her prescription was ready and when she produced a voicemail confirming she walked off and refused to listen. The pharmacist came over full of nonsensical irrelevant and irrational excuses defending the treatment of my wife by her tech. She then proceeded to talk over my wife with all the reasons why instead of apologizing and preparing the prescription. She then refused my wife service of a life saving medication told us to go somewhere else. We tried to get a manager but he wasn’t there(surprise) only a team leader was available an he was slightly less aggressive but every bit as inconsistent and incompetent as the pharmacist and her staff were to serve the public. I cant imagine a team better suited for replacement than this group of entitled individuals. Shame on you walgreens for allowing such poor behavior by your staff. Oh and while my wife was being berated by the mob I witnessed two other customers pick up another peoples prescriptions without showing ID! Is that legal? I think not. Cameras? Maybe violating state board of pharmacy regulations could be problematic. Point is this location is an absolutely shining example of why walgreens has fallen from the premier pharmacy chain to be what it is today.

Drive-thru Pharmacy service was prompt and accurate. Elysse at the window, and all the Pharmacy Staff, are very professional, kind and thoughtful. This store makes every effort to meet the needs of its customers and is clean and well managed

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. They denied me a very important prescription and so I won’t have enough before I go back to the doctor. If you want really horrible service with even more meaning that’s just unacceptable. Go to this Walgreens sit in line for five days and then get yelled at because of their error. It would avoid this like the plague. And their pharmacist manager or whoever it is that is over the pharmacy thinks she is god. Don’t go here!

When a hospital sends a heart attack patients meds to get filled, i suggest that you fill them. Not ask them if they think they will need them.

This location offers the added bonus of attitude free of any additional fees. Pharmacy staff who gets paid by Walgreens feels like they can be condescending and rude to the people that pay Walgreens. Strange way to treat the people that allow you to earn your check.

Went to the South Shore Harbor store this morning at 8:26, was told they weren’t open yet even though the doors were unlocked. What? Your hours posted at the door say 8:00am. Sorry your employees can’t seem to make it in on time. Speaking of employees, why do they get to park next to the front door? Shouldn’t that be for paying customers? Yes, I mean you gold Impala and the blue car.

No Privacy! When I went to collect a prescription, I know everyone in line could hear everything. This is unacceptable. Confidentiality is law, yet the line area for the pharmacy is so compact there is no privacy.
