New check in process is the worst. Takes forever. Definitely not time efficient. Looks like there’s plenty of staff. I’m the only customer and I have to check in and wait! Process needs improvement.

The pharmacy takes the absolute longest time possible to fill a script that is called in by a doctor. Even if it is for acute pain (like on the way home from the ER) they will take days to fill it. I have no idea what the problem is - but nothing is ever ready quickly, not even routine / non-rare drugs.
It recently took them 5 days to refill my migraine medication. There is no follow thru either, they might tell you it is delayed, but don't do anything until you call or come in to find out days later it is still delayed.

I had to switch pharmacies from Kroger to Walgreens due to insurance reasons. I originally tried the Walgreens off NASA 1 in Webster, what a mess. After over 3 weeks dealing with the pharmacist and no medication and no answers… I called this Walgreens spoke with Sydney who was very kind and helpful and will have my medication ready within 30 minutes. Thank you Sydney! You do not realize how you brightened my day!

Payed almost 3$ more for batteries for not being a member and risking my personal info. Walgreens is robbery go out of business already pharmacy vampires.

Slow service. Ended up closing for lunch with 4 cars in drive through lane didn’t bother to inform clients. Always slow and likely short staffed.

This place sucks. I have been waiting all day for meds. The computer is down so they can't give people medicine? Bull. Give us our meds and you deal with the loss.

I had a great experience shopping here at this location. They've got some very good finds for some Holiday gifts here. The Manager Shelvin is an amazing lady. She truly was so helpful. She seems to really care about her store, her co-workers, and especially making sure her customers are happy and finding what they need. She was extremely helpful and I couldn't have been more grateful & thankful for her help. She was also the one to approach me to see if I was finding things ok and to let her know if I needed anything. She was most helpful and it was one of the best Customer Service experiences I've had with a Store Manager. Given the time of the night, she along with her coworkers NaShay & Elijah were extremely patient and very efficient with end of night preparations while handling my purchases and closing up shop.The Store Manager there named Shelvin definitely deserves to be recognized for her sincere efforts. I had a great shopping experience with her help and I am just super happy she approached me. Thank you Shelvin & NaShay for your dedication to making your customers happy ?
