Thank you Mrs Lori for helping my son with his groceries. He forgot his wallet at home and she came to the rescue. Once again Thank you Mrs Lori.

As I prepare to leave Galveston, for Htown (Baby Apple; please people) I 've become reacquainted with the commercial entities on the mainland. might I say that this Walmart has more of a selection of Wrangler, and Lee Jeans than the Galveston Walmart (bought five pair). The store is cleaner, less chaotic, and generally friendlier. Now, I understand that Galveston has to deal with the beach tourists that treat Galveston in general like a convenience store bathroom, so I'll give it a mulligan. But, I was impressed by the assortment of products and available number as opposed to Galveston's. Galveston could use one of those exclusively grocery Walmarts, but it isn't going to happen. Get another catastrophic hurricane (and its getting near time) and you'd be hard pressed for any corporations to come there, let alone a secondary store.

I was with this pharmacy for 2 years and recently made the switch to Walgreens. Most (but not all) of my interactions with the staff were pleasant enough and the folks weren't rude when I called... but to be honest, they weren't really nice either. I'm easy to please and don't expect much because I know they're in over their heads in prescription requests/refills/phone calls/insurance verification/etc. They really don't have an easy job and the people they deal with on a regular basis can be pretty hateful in general. I leave 3 stars because regardless of the occasional snappiness, they did their best and they always worked with me when something would go wrong. It was when I was taking a specific type of medication that some minor issues started. Refills were sometimes terribly difficult, which led me to feel embarrassed and ashamed of my own disorder - something I was literally born with. The pharmacist even tried to tell me that my doctor "shouldn't be prescribing this" at one point last year. That is between my doctor and I and if she had concerns, she should have called him instead of confronting me in front of a crowd. But even after all of that, I was willing to stick it out with this pharmacy because it's close, their prices are decent, and they're fairly quick. I also forgive easily and didn't let that ruin things for me.Their biggest flaw (and the reason I left) is that they are always low on stock. I plan very far ahead, but with some medication - you can't submit a refill until it's due, meaning you can only have it filled ON THE DAY it must be picked up. Unfortunately, this is something you may take every day and when they only have 29/30, they legally cannot fill the rx without your doctor changing it to #29. I do understand that, but it seemed like every month there was a problem and every month, my "pick-up" date was pushed out due to some mishap or shortage, which left me without medication for days. For me, this is unacceptable and can even be life threatening. There was even a time that I lost a bottle of my blood pressure medication while on Thanksgiving vacation and they refused to give me a refill 2 weeks early. I don't know the protocol at Wal-Mart, but I lost an entire bottle of antibiotics a few years ago and my pharmacist refilled it right away for the amount I would have had left, so I know that they can use their best judgement with most things and they chose not to for me which was a little insulting since it was a medication for blood pressure.Overall, this is a good pharmacy. I would recommend using them if you don't have regular, daily medication. However, if you're like me and have more than a few regular and possibly peculiar prescriptions, go elsewhere. There really isn't much consistency in their policies or behaviors.

Bad customer service at the automotive department. Sold a 6 months older battery instead of the latest 01/2022. Sticker on Batt was 08/2021. Requested the manager to update the battery I am buying to newer Batch but won't do it.

They need to work on staying on top of how much medication they have in stock. They never seem to have enough to fill my prescription and they could work on their customer service skills

Walmart La Marque location. I would advise to NEVER use this Walmart grocery delivery service. I currently have 4 pending transactions at my bank from grocery orders that were NEVER delivered. My bank says Walmart has to release the pending funds, yet they are telling me that my bank has to refund. That makes no sense!!! The first one dates back to Nov.5, 2021.... well over a month ago!!! I'm out over $100 and Walmart (store, online reps, etc) haven't done 1 things to release funds. Use this service at your own risk!!!!!

If it were in Jerusalem, it'd be the Wailing Wallmart. But hey. It's not. It's a pharmacy inside Walmart, so be warned - not a standalone. They don't sell walls here. FALSE ADVERTISING. ONE STAR. Came to buy some sheep. They didn't have any (even though we live in a nation literally full of sheep literally). False advertising, then. Should have gone to Woolmart instead. This is a useful Walmart which comes to you complete with all the trimmings, such as the Pharmacy and Garden Center and what not. It's located right off the freeway (North East Side) in the League City-Webster-Clear Lake area, and gets pretty busy, but not as shockingly busy as some of the Houston locations closer to town. We've used it three times now and there will definitely be more visits. There's a hair salon in here too, although it might be gone now, I'm not sure. There's also a pretty decent McDonalds and a Woodforest Bank as well.

My first dose of the vaccine was done in the wrong place (on the inside of my elbow rather than in the shoulder) and the pharmacy refuses to take accountability for it. They say there is no security camera footage that proves they did it wrong, and the pharmacist who administered the vaccine says he did it in the shoulder. I am extremely disappointed by their service and urge you to get your vaccines at CVS instead.

Manager was VERY rude (I don't know her name as she wasn't wearing a name badge). She outright refused a refund and basically treated me like a nuisance from the moment she laid eyes on me. Oh, and I say "y'all" as part of my vocabulary and she tried pulling the race card on me. Talking about "what do you mean by 'y'all'"? We're in the south, don't pull that garbage with me. This Walmart also sells MOLDY food. MOLDY. FOOD. I've already complained to corporate about that disgusting manager. I sincerely hope she's disciplined accordingly.

The employees at this store are the laziest, rudest people ever. Went to the service desk and I could not finish asking my question when I said sale all she could say was go to electronics. I was like go to electronics for a grill, again, could not finish my question and she barked go to electronics that is where the sales are. So I go to electronics and asked if they had any black stones left and this girl said I don't see any so now. I asked if she could look up and see if they showed any in stock because their website showed them and she said no. I'm like really? How can you not look an item up. She walked away. Tried asking someone back in the garden area but there was no one around. Left went to the Walmart at Eldorado and 45 and everyone we spoke with from the greeter on was super nice and helpful and we bought our black stone there.
