Love my bank! Mrs Elizabeth Arroyo and staff at the League City location on Gulf fwy and 646 are the best! She is the sweetest and super efficient. Here they are quick to help and very professional. Always nice to go to the bank and be received with smiles!! In and out. Great team!

I have banked at this bank for many years, they are so helpful and so professional, yes, there is some minor problems time to time, but it’s all taken care of in a very short time frame. The employees are very respectful, professional, and courteous, because of their branch manager who is the best of the best!

I was doing two transactions at window gave the teller money straight from ATM never put it on my possession and even had the receipt from ATM of how much it was and he took it was supposed to put it in my husband's account and said the money was short by 100 dollars I was so upset finally the manager came found the mistake he made and fixed the problem but until then he was basically saying I did not give him the proper amount of money it was a horrible experience and almost cost me a hundred dollars be careful at this bank !!

I wouldn't go to the mountains, but I would forest. Not to be confused with Wouldn'tforest, which is where I wouldn't bank. Oh wait, I wouldn't bank here oops. This bank is located at the League City Webster area location of Walmart and basically this bank was created to try to make sure that your money can stay with Walmart even when you're banking. Anyway at least they offer good services so you basically never have to leave at Walmart store. Sounds thrilling if you're Natalie Portman.

The League City Bank is poor excuse for a bank. It is impossible to do Business banking at a Walmart Woodforest location. Twice I've been amazed at how inept their operation performs for the customer. I tried to deposit 2 fairly large checks in my business account and the teller asked me if I had shopping to do because he had to get approval to deposit my customers checks. 23 minutes later , he still had not been able to get approval. It's a deposit, not a withdrawal. I told them to take the deposit and don't make funds available till after the checks clear. "no sir can't do that". After 36 years I am moving my accounts.

I have banked with Woodforest since 2012. I have never gotten a fee. If you simply pay attention when opening the account you can see that most to all fees are avoidable. Extended hours are a plus and with Covid you could tell that even though they changed hours, they let you walk up without appointment unlike every other bank close by. Woodforest is awesome in my opinion.

Where do I start with Woodforest. They are the most outdated bank I have done business with. The only way to activate their debit cards to to go to a branch and use the atm. There was fraud on my debit card, my account was drained, they only caught 2 of the smaller transactions, and reversed them. They said I would have to do a dispute for the rest of the charges even though they were only minutes apart. They make you come in to a branch and sign forms about the fraud, this took me about 30 minutes in the branch. They told me I would get the money back in 3-5 days. That's not the norm, first off. I called back in 4 business days to check on the status to find out the papers were never "sent in" from the branch I visited, so they can't process my money back to me. The customer service "manager" couldn't get ahold of the branch I signed papers at, so they have to request the papers electronically. I was on the phone for 25 minutes while she tried to get someone in the branch to answer the phone, just for her to tell me she couldn't help me today because no one would answer the phone at that branch. Then she continued to question me as if I never went in and signed the papers. They said they do not have to give me any type of provisional credit for the next 10 days and they will get back to me. This bank is a joke.
