No crew has come to bury the cable they left across my yard and 2 neighbors yards. It's been over a month and I've called their support 4 times. Their website and support is terrible, none of my support tickets even show up after they're made.

Make you wait to return equipment! Why not have someone solely for Returns! Then the adoucity to say to leave the equipment without a receipt!

Tech sat on table while Walton assistant manager to assist him in taking a trade in phone. Worst service ever. Melina , the manager got results the first visit. They need to promote some employees to customers

I had alright service through xfinity, besides the constant price hikes. However, I recently moved out of state and had to cancel my service. This is the reason for my review. I came into the store to cancel, there were a ton of employees around chatting with only each other. They made me sit at a computer screen and video chat someone to cancel. I could hardly hear what the person on the screen was saying. It was so ridiculous, I thought it was a joke, at first. If I ever move back, I will not use this company.

What is wrong with this company?? It’s actually very sad to be lied to about price and then get hit with an almost $200 payment with less than 2 months of service to which I’ve paid what I was told I was going to pay. They simply threaten to disconnect service unless you make the minimum payment to which the minimum is the amount of the entire bill! They add late fees when you’re not even late! The guy that installed it lied to us saying it would only be $30 a month. I guess he wanted the money for the sell and don’t care about college students needing the internet for school. I call and customer service pretends they can’t hear me and hang up. Is this a legal scam?

I came in on Sunday February 23rd, Daniel was super helpful, helped me transfer over my old data to my new phone, He even helped me put my new case and screen protector on! 5 stars all the way! Definitely coming to him for any further needs for phones!
