Customer service rep by name Marlina M was the rudest rep I've encountered at this store. I asked a sinple question about the waiting list and she caught an attitude and starting slamming things behind the counter. Very unprofessional, I'll drive to Webster before coming to this store again. Management should pay attention to who they have greeting people at the door

Very friendly staff.and quick. The rub came when I turned in my old flex box and was told I'd get a new one.......had to call Comcast they lost it in store. Bummer.

Ask for Anthony! Amazing and fast, not pushy at all. He even asked us what WE wanted and didn’t tell us what he thinks we needed like some other companies do. Great experience, hope you get the same!

Don't try to go in person to this store to get a new phone if your not the primary account holder. They'll tell you to go online make all these changes, then still won't let other ppl on your account upgrade their phone. Then dismiss you like your bothering them.

When I set up our new service, the customer service was less than mediocre. The customer service via chat and phone is worse. There are too many outages, too much scrolling on the apps, too many delays in streaming. I tried to make plan changes online via the app and website....just scrolling. I contacted a chat rep who helped me with the changes but proceeded to ask for more personal info to process a cellphone service request without my permission. When I stated that is very deceptive, they said they were transferring me and I went into an eternal queue that no one was going to answer. Not only is Xfinity overpriced, they do not care about their customers at all in the store, on the chat or on the phone....if you can understand them or they can understand you.....either way, the understanding is they don't *******care! I used the http they provided in their comment and I got stuck on an hour long never-ending chat without a resolution, so I disconnected since I didn't get a response for 24 minutes.

Stop by the location today to get internet and cable for my 99 year old grandfather. Daniel made the process go so smoothly! We were in and out under 10 minutes! He made sure my grandfather was taken care of! Thank you!

The store location is Great but the service and customer service Comcast provides is beyond horrible. McDonald’s ice cream machine works better than their customer service line. Switching to ATT.

Daniel helped my spouse and I set up phones. He was so helpful and personable. Great customer service. We set up an appointment via email and he was super responsive. Thank you Daniel that guy deserves a pay raise!

I have been a customer of Xfinity since 1986- way before they became Xfinity! Today I went to the League City, Tx store and I got the best service that I have ever had there in 37 years . Big shout out to JASON TAYLOR. In a 20 minute conversation he gave me more helpful information than I have ever received before. Very knowledgeable and concise- gave me his card and said email him anytime I have any concerns. He was a fine example of what every company needs in an employee . Give this young man a raise and a promotion!
