Frio Coffee is a fun little coffee shop and local gem inside a larger store selling knickknacks, river supplies, and souvenirs. The atmosphere is excellent with great vibes, especially on the unique and interesting garden patio, though indoor seating is limited. The baristas and staff are consistently friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and inviting. The coffee is good and very smooth, with a good selection of tasty and unique choices like the celebrated Irish Cream Latte, Mocha Frappe, chai frappe, hot chocolate, and homemade ice cream. Normal to pricey prices apply. Their chocolate chip cookies are also a must. It is an amazingly fun spot and a must-try for anyone in the Leakey area.
Coffee is delicious! Our Barista was great, great customer service, delicious coffee and good prices at the gift shop. Bought me a Rio Frio mug! If you are nearby stop and visit.
