This is the absolute best service I have ever received on my car. They charge fairly, and they don't take advantage of you as a woman. Seriously, I appreciate them so much, and I'm glad they are right here in the community!

This place is an absolute joke to work with. The desk ladies are not helpful. Joseph has no care for customer service. Id call about an issue and he was always busy. I wouldn’t hear back for days and it was via text. Scared of conversation over the phone. Finally got my truck back to find pieces weren’t replaced when they should have been and everything is out of alignment. All of this 2 days after completion date with no update.

I had the best experience at Classic Collision. I had an apt. Monday morning with Jason for a broken headlight. Jason immediately got to work handling the insurance claim, ordering parts and getting the repair scheduled. I dropped my car off the next morning and by early afternoon my car was ready and they even detailed the inside of my car! I’ve dealt with other big name automotive repair shops and the process is never this quick or smooth. I will absolutely bring our cars back in the future and recommend them to everyone. Was involved in a car accident in june. Body was damaged fairly bad. No frame damage. Orginally quoted to be done by August and the team got it done this month. Great customer care and left my car looking brand new. Very much recommend. Jason was my advisor

Update: well they turned it around, got my car ready as per the earlier promise and Jason was very respectful on the call informing me so. I assume there was some miscommunication between the front desk and the shop. Updated the rating to 4 (4.5 if google can allow that), .5 off because of the experience from the day before.
Prior rating and feedback:
Not a great experience, cars been in the shop for close to 2 weeks and expected completion date is another week out. Made a call to check if the car can be ready earlier and I was told it looks on track to be done before the weekend and I was very thankful for it.
Called back closer to the date promised and the receptionist was very rude to start off, kept insisting it's not going to be ready as the system says it's next week. I explained saying I spoke to a rep a few days early and he told me it was on track to be done earlier so I made my rental plans accordingly.
Asked her to check with someone else on the shop or backend and she came back a minute later saying "it won't be done this week, it says next week so next week it is"
Went from a great experience till then to really bad. Atleast have empathy for your customers, it's not easy to do day today activities without a car, put yourself in their shoe when responding. Its not so much that the revised date not staying true that felt bad, it was the tone of the lady on the call. No one plans to be in an accident so understanding the situation of the customer and speaking to them in a tone that makes them feel you understand what they are going thru goes a long way.
Hope not to have to go to a body shop anytime soon, but if I do it's surely not Classis collisions in Leander!

Great experience from start to finish! Coordinated with my rental company so I never had to worry about transport, kept great communication on the status, and the staff were all super helpful and friendly. Getting in a wreck sucks so it’s so important to have a good team to get you to the other side. Oh and obviously my car looks amazing ?

They got me in right away and kept me updated throughout the process. Joseph was my main contact and was easy to work with. He took my calls whenever I had questions. Brad was very kind and assisted me when I picked my vehicle up.

Classic Collision did a fantastic job with my truck repair. The repair was done in one week, truck was detailed, and they constantly kept me updated. Brad and team were friendly and great to work with. I don't give many of these but the work Classic Collision did for me was definitely 5 star!!!

I side swiped a concrete pole at a gas station . Only living in TX for a year we didn’t really know who to call . Insurance provider recommended Classic . I was quoted 30 days and it only took a week . Truck looks great they even cleaned my interior . I would highly recommend Classic . Thank you all for the great service
