Zachary was exceptional. He would not give up trying to fix the problem I was having with my phone and was extremely patient and resourceful. I was very frustrated but he eased my mind and advised me how to proceed. He was friendly with everyone that entered the store and it was clear he saw the importance of his customers.

I went in today to drop off my old trade in phone and see if I could get some help fixing my iMessages on my new phone. Kole was EXTREMELY helpful. He was very kind and knowledgeable as well. He was able to fix my phone and get it all back to normal and he did it very quickly and showed me how to fix it if it were to happen again. Thank you Kole!!!

Kole is an amazing AT&T employee! He has helped me not once but twice this week. Incredibly patient, helpful and kind. Priscilla is also incredibly helpful! I genuinely had a good time at the AT&T store!! Haha

I am beyond angry with the way this AT&T store handled my switch. The salesperson flat-out lied to me. He told me I “had to” sign up for AT&T Next & the insurance, because they were “required by the store,” which was absolute nonsense. Nothing was required—he just wanted to force extra services on me.
He gave me zero pricing, no breakdown of what I was actually signing up for, and conveniently waited to mention all the extra charges until after he released my number from my old provider—when I had no choice and was already stuck. That is shady, unethical, and completely disrespectful.
This store clearly operates on pressure tactics and misinformation instead of honesty. If you’re thinking about switching here, don’t. I’ve never had such a manipulative and frustrating experience with a cell provider in my life.
They are an authorized retailer and not a corporate location, I would not stop at this store.

Horrible experience at this store. Stopped by to create a business account and was assisted by Robert. It was evident he had no experience with this since he kept going to the manager, Rico (who was the whole time sitting on a bench playing on his phone), to ask questions. I ordered two iPhones and two new lines while at the same time would bring one line over from T-Mobile. I was told NOT to port the number until I received the new phones in about a week. It has been 22 days and I still don’t have the phones. Upon chatting with an AT&T supervisor, I found out the account is not approved yet because I haven’t ported the number (remember I was told not to?). Please don’t go to this store, they are extremely incompetent and you will have to fix their mistakes elsewhere.

I visited this location expecting an official AT&T store, but Rico(manager) informed me it’s not actually owned by AT&T — it’s a third-party retailer that only purchases products from AT&T and doesn’t have full access to AT&T systems or services. This should be clearly mentioned to avoid confusion for customers who come here assuming it’s an authentic AT&T store.

I had an amazing experience at the AT&T store thanks to Robert and Kole! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly and made sure I was taken care of. Both were professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable — they explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied.
Robert helped me find the best plan for my needs, while Kole made setting up my new phone quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of genuine customer care these days, but they truly exceeded my expectations.
If you’re visiting this AT&T location, ask for Robert and Kole — they’ll make sure you’re in great hands!

No one bothered to greet or assist us when we visited this AT&T store to drop off a trade-in device. We waited for over 30 minutes standing, while the staff member casually chatted with another customer. Worst experience ever with AT&T!
Absolutely disappointed — would not recommend visiting this location.
Also google should update this review system. 1 star is way more….

One of the sales rep (forgot his name to mention here) at this store was kind of rude and not willing to help with a return process. Though my return request is still within the 14 days return policy window, he was not willing to help because the process to initiate the return is time consuming. Instead, his suggestion was to keep the device even though I didn’t want it. His reasoning was really stupid and unacceptable.

Wow! Had an issue where my trade in phone broke after I made the deal to get a new phone. Brought it here and they were able to get me full value on it even though it might be unusable. Saved me a few hundred bucks I reckon. Very pleased
