They have the worst drive thru, I have been setting line for over 30 minutes. Then the business window light is not on, but they are taking people thru there.

Used to be a very good bank but now seems like they just are disinterested in following through for good customer service. At times the tellers or stuck up so to speak. And like every other business that's given for customer service lately they will blame covid which is a joke good customer service should never take a backseat to anything we are all in this together

I am closing my account with this bank. I became homeless and no longer have a physical address to receive mail. They have been charging me $10 Everytime mail cannot be sent and refuse to remove the charges. They insist their policy is you must have a physical address. Theft from the poor and homeless. Pathetic. Do not open an an account with this bank, they act friendly at first but they are just as bad as the big banks like Wells Fargo.

I just closed my account today. I had a checking account with the minimum deposit for a while, but I had a car loan which I paid on time every month and paid off early. I tried to cash a $3,800 check and they wouldn’t do it for me because I have no history of cashing checks with them. Sorry, but if you can’t do that for me, you are useless.

This is the worst bank. I’ve never dealt with such incompetence before. Just save yourself the headache and choose a better bank.

I had an issue come up with my account and reached out to the main number for Austin Telco and spoke with a young lady who was not very friendly and uninterested in helping me with my issue. I asked for Supervisor and was sent to a girl named Kim I think. I have never heard someone say "like" after every word so much in my life. She was even less helpful and had a bit of an attitude. I was told by a family member who banks with Austin Telco to contact David at the Leander branch and he would take care of me. I called and in less then five minuets David had fixed my issue. He was beyond friendly and so helpful. Keep up the great job David! Your branch is a little bit of drive for me but I will drive to Leander from now for all my banking needs.

They should save money and stop advertising. Called for details on a possible loan. Wasted time with a phone system that dead ends. When finally got a channel that seemed to work, no one ever answered it.
