Auto Dent Co took the initiative to make sure the process went smoothly for me. Brett and Eric are very respectful and knowledgeable on dent repairs. They gave me a loaner while my car was being fixed. Eric came and picked up my car and left the loaner vehicle which was very convenient for me. They even take care of your deductible. I highly recommend them to everyone who needs dents repaired.

This company made the whole hail damage process so much easier. Loved how they pick up and bring your car back to you. Most companies don't do that for their customers. My claims representative Jaden Rausch went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He was great to work with and will do business again with him in the future. Terrible and awful service, my vehicle came back with scratches that weren’t even there and now they are not responding since they obviously can’t fix it. DONT Use THIS COMPANY . Owner’s wife is very rude and sassy. Horrible experience

Great company. Completely repaired all damage and even got me approved for a windshield replacement. I had issues with insurance and Adam helped a ton through the whole process. Zero $$ out of my pocket.

I can't recommend Auto Dent Company enough for their exceptional service! Our car was caught in a hailstorm and suffered significant damage. From the moment we contacted them, their team made the entire process hassle-free and seamless.
The communication was top-notch—they kept us informed at every stage of the repair process, ensuring we were aware of the timeline and the steps being taken to restore our vehicle.
Our car looks as good as new, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
Moreover, the team lead by Ryan went above and beyond in terms of customer service offering us a rented car during the entire extend of the works and delivering to our home the repaired car, which at that time and busy with other important matters, helped a lot. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and willing to answer any questions we had during a process that was totally new for us, making us feel valued as a customer.

Great experience with Adam Neiswender, at first I thought it was too good to be true, but in the end all what he promised was honored. He fixed the hail damage, he took care of my insurance deductible and also he paid my potion of the car rental deductible. Also he dropped off my car at the car rental place to make it convenient for me. Thank you very much for your great service.
