Tristan, at this Leander location, provided excellent costumer service. Displayed superb technical proficiency and patience with me when during the whole process of testing old battery, the sale of a new one, and the installation that needed some overdue attention. With the warranty, taking my old battery, and great costumer service made the experience and the cost well worth it!

Amazing and fast experience with Matthew! He helped me with a quick diagnostic to confirm what he already expected and then also helped me by fixing it very quickly and testing to make sure it worked. If you ever need help or have your check engine light come on while driving, definitely stop by!

I recently visited this AutoZone and had a disappointing experience with the store manager, a bearded individual whose name I don’t know. I purchased a tool that turned out to be the wrong size and, after trying it a few times, realized I needed the next size up. When I attempted to return it, the manager rudely refused, stating it was used despite the fact it was in near-new condition. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. I’ve always trusted AutoZone for my automotive needs, but this encounter has made me reconsider. I hope the company addresses this issue and ensures better customer service in the future.
At last that guy is suggesting me to try at other auto-zone stores and he can’t do it. Felt funny

They had the valve cap I wanted. I am a proud 100% Disabled Navy Veteran. Sometimes I have a hard time understanding stuff. I asked this older Caucasian Air Force Veteran man, that works in there, if he can come outside to show me how I insert this tube, a product that is green slime that inflates tires, into the tire valve. He did not want to. Him being a Veteran as well, I would assume he would actually come outside to show me this procedure on my car. I thanked him for his service. I did not want to deflate my tire neither. If I have to come back to this location, I will. Otherwise, I will not return here. I am more of a visual learner. I never removed my tire valve. I will go somewhere else where they can show me the procedure. I hope a supervisor reads this review ois. My birthday is this Saturday too! My birthday week of June, 2024, will not be ruined! May you all have a beautiful and blessed Summer, 2024!

Leander store always provides excellent customer service every time I've been there. Bryan was a Rockstar last week and saved the day for me. Great team at that store as the store manager called me day after to ensure I was taken care of and satisfied. Thank you Leander AutoZone, keep doing what you do best!
