Just canceled our monthly subscriptions on both our vehicles...we went in yesterday with our 2023 Silverado got home and noticed a big scratch on the tail gate...went by to let them know but they didn't seem to care...

I’m from out of town and was looking for a car wash that had free vacuums to use, and came across this on Google with amazing reviews had to check it out myself. And this is the first car wash that offers cleaning sprays and towels to use. They work amazing, just a 10/10 place, definitely recommend.

Great local carwash. Easy to pull up and drive right through. The staff is lovely and if your car doesn't get clean the first time they let you go through again.

Clean, Friendly, Helpful! Carwash has Self serve vacuums & microfiber towels & diluted window wash (just like the others with window cleaner).A bit more expensive than others in Round Rock & Georgetown for a Single Wash! $10 vs $7 or $8! Their membership prices also seemed a bit steep. It’s far for me but close to one of the studios I teach at so stopped by & it was a good experience.

Been a monthly member since they opened and it's an amazing place and the owners are also super friendly. I don't know if something changed but maybe they need to replace the bristles because the car wash is scratching up my truck big time and ripping off the paint.

Great friendly customer service, wash provides air sprayers, two different types of vacuums and cleaning accessories with towels. You can also have your floor mats washed.

5/5 STARS!! I’ve never been to a car wash with better service than BB Shines. They always have two employees to scrub down cars before entering the wash. Their accommodations are excellent & well-maintained. And the price is better than any other car wash in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great place for a drive through wash and self serve vacuum. They have all the stuff to clean inside as well as an auto car mat cleaner.

The place is nice, clean, staff are amazing and the prices are reasonable. So far I've been there twice and both times the machine missed some spots.

The membership price is very good, the vacuums area have products and mats which makes it very convenient! The staff and overall services are all great!

Love this place! I'd love how they have spray products to help you detail your car! My car would not start and one of the guys gave me his soda to clean off my battery! They really take care of you here!

Nice car wash allows.for monthly membership. Over time the quality has gone down. You barely get brushed as you go in, the vacuums are almost always acting up. The license plate reader fails about 20% of the time.
