It’s a 0 stars!Terrible service, and they plainly lied to me about the accounts and benefits I was getting.My debit card never came and I call 10 without being able to talk to anybody or get a call back.I’m canceling the account right at this moment.

I wish I could give them 0 star. Horrible service.Sorry, I don’t use Facebook or Twitter. Your customer service should have an escalation case. Please check with them and you’ll know what kind of aggravation your employees put me through for filling up a beneficiary form. I’m closing my account today because of 2 of your employees at this branch.I’ve never been asked for the status of my citizenship for service by bank employees where I have established accounts for decades.

I freaking called Leander, Texas branch 3 times and put me on hold for 10 to 15 minutes and then they hung up on me. Worst phone etiquette!!!

I love our Leander branch of BBVA! The staff make it a point to know who you are, they're very personable. The best thing is drive-thru is generally a speedy process here. I've never had to wait long on a transaction. This is definitely our preferred location to work with.

Your mobile app is excellent. Unfortunately, your customer support is terrible. They are poorly trained, unknowledgeable and disorganized. I have been on hold four times with two different departments (over 20 minutes on hold) to get a simple answer, "where is my 2018 - 1099 for one account?". I received 1099's for 3 accounts already but the 4th is a mystery. The rep has asked for my account number three times and continues to pull the wrong account. I have twice requested to talk with a supervisor but, each time I am put on hold and then the rep comes back on to waste my time with redundant questions. So far it's been a complete waste of time As I continue to be on hold for the fifth time (10 minutes so far), I realize they hope I will hang up. Instead I will now contemplate moving my eight accounts at BBVA Compass Bank. If you like frustrating customer service, this is your bank.

If I could I give it 2 1/2 stars I would. The main reason for the low rating is customer service. Wife and I seem to go after 4 pm and there is only two people in the whole bldg. Its slow service. We have waited in line many times - waited in line behind 3 -4 people for 20 min to make a deposit when there is only one person behind the counter and they are taking care of the drive thru as well as the lobby. Yet there always seems to be that one person in the side office at her computer oblivious that she should be out behind the counter as well. The one in Cedar Park and in Lubbock are staffed properly ie in an out.
