We just had Brian from Big Ox come and haul off the tree limbs/brush we piled on the curb after the ice storm. He was incredibly responsive and cost effective. 2019: Definitely recommend! Great, friendly customer service. And they we're very punctual for each appointment to provide the estimate and do the pickup.Jan 2023: We used them (Brian) again to help us clean out a bunch of old furniture and other broken, no longer needed items. He was able to provide a same-day estimate based on some photos i sent him, came out the next day and took it all away! Still 5-star customer service! Highly recommend Big Ox.

Big Ox is an excellent company -- they provide wonderful service at a very reasonable cost. Brian came to our house the same day that I called and hauled away two wine coolers (one very large size and one medium size). He was extremely polite, friendly & efficient. I have used Big Ox Junk Removal for ten or so jobs over the last two years of getting our land fixed up. The jobs have been stuff from just general junk haul-off, to construction cleanup, to brush pickup. They have always been good about being available when I need them, being on time, and most importantly, thorough in the cleanup. No matter who they have sent, or the work, the guys have always been friendly and fun to chat with. And their prices are extremely good; cheaper than having a dumpster brought on-site. After the 2021 winter storm, I had lots of cedar down from the ice. I called them up to get on their schedule, figuring it would be a few days. They came out that day, still with ice and snow on the road, and got it all picked up. More recently, I had a construction debris job that ended up being more than one trailer load. Instead of just taking the one load and then coming back another day, they came back that night after dark in the cold and rain, and spent 90 minutes getting every bit of what was left to make sure I was taken care of. Amazing service like that is rare nowadays. They will continue to be my go-to anytime I need stuff hauled off. Thanks for always taking good care of our needs!Services: House/garage cleanout

I hired Big Ox Junk Removal to remove a bunch of bulk items and items we had no use for anymore. I reached out to them and got a response very quickly. After sending him pictures and a description of what needed to be removed he gave me a fair quote and we then scheduled it for later in the week as it was more convenient for me. When I met Robin in person he was very polite and easy to talk to. He took no time at all to remove all the items we wanted out.
