Black Diamond Autowerkz took great care of my car. I brought it in with severe hail damage and I got it back looking brand new and detailed to perfection! Mayra and the entire staff were very kind and knowledgeable and kept me updated with the whole process. Top notch customer service from a family owned business. 10/10 recommend if you need any auto bodywork.

Wonderful experience while using the business! Polite, friendly employees, fair estimate for body work and, it was finished on time and even a little early! What a surprise to pick up my car and find it cleaned inside as well! Definitely would recommend this business to anyone needing bodywork.

Fantastic job repairing my vehicle from the hail back in September. The ladies running the office kept me up to date on the repairs and were able to correct some rock chips along with the hail damage. Appreciate their attention to detail and customer service

My truck was in a hail storm back in September. It was the first time I had find somebody to fix my truck. I was looking around on my phone for shops and found Black Diamond Auto Werkz. I didn’t know anything about them but I decided to send them an email on a Saturday hoping they’d respond during week. They responded within a couple hours. On a Saturday at that telling me they could get me that Wednesday to look at the truck. That was a pleasant surprise.I met Myra and her husband Agustin. They were a young friendly couple but very professional and knew their stuff about the business. I went with them and they got me in the following Monday. They quoted me 3 weeks to get the truck done.I dropped off my truck. They even took me to get my rental. Any time they needed to contact the insurance company they would follow up with me. They also have a young lady by the name of Claire. When Myra couldn’t call me Claire would call. She even came by the rental place to pick me up when my truck was ready. I never felt uneasy about working with them. They always seemed easy to talk to.The work on the truck was excellent. You couldn’t tell that it had ever been in a hail storm.From my understanding this is a fairly new company. But the work ethic this family and company have. I see nothing but a bright future for them. Agustin, Myra and Claire and the rest of shop were all class acts. In my opinion you won’t go wrong using them.

This is a GREAT body shop. Personal service and care. Keep you updated every step of way with the repair. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. No big shop run around or I’ll get back and you never hear. At Black Diamond everyone communicates and you know precisely what’s going on with your vehicle. You really CANNOT find a better shop. After I got my car back, people asked me if I had gotten a new one…yes they are that good!

I don't particularly care for hail damage, but such a great experience at Black Diamond. They took care of everything for me. Even when some mistakes happened with my insurance, Mayra took care of it
