My experience at Leander Brake Check today was more than exceptional. Justin and his team went above and beyond servicing my brake issues on my F150 . They even stayed late to make sure I received my truck back the same day of service. I would definitely recommend Justin and his team to anyone. It’s good to see that this location is customer first oriented.
I will definitely return to this location for all future brake repair needs.

I've done a better alignment with jackstands and a string. One other customer who was waiting in line had been waiting 12 hours for his brakes to be done.

I came in with my brakes making a horrible noise and Cris and Garret took great care of me and took care of the issue within an hour and a half! Great service and great customer care!

Been coming here since 2021. First stopped in with an emergency brake issue that got turned around the same day and have used them for brakes and oil changes since that day. Have used them around a dozen times and the service has always been perfect. Highly recommend this location. Thank you Brody, Jordan, Garrett and Frankie!
Update - here again October 2024 - opinion hasn’t changed. Worked with Cris today. Perfect as usual!

Another good experience.
My name is Matt I live in Leander.
I'm two for two with brake check in Leander.
I can't say that with all my experiences with brake check through the years.
However, I can't tell you that this particular location is run very well.
The mechanics are organized and have a clean work environment.
Their knowledgeable.
The pricing is very fair.
The reason I know this is because I have the ability to do the brakes on vehicles.
But I'm at an age to where I don't want to mess with it anymore.
So I know what parts cost and I know what labor should be.
Brake check Leander has very fair pricing.
In this case the price came under what I was quoted.
When does that ever happen?
If you were like me, and Leary about any franchise auto mechanic facility, I can assure you that you are in good hands at this location.
Also, I made an appointment that I was late for due to unforeseen life.
They still rallied and got my vehicle in, getting me out in a very reasonable amount of time.
This is very important to me because I hate sitting and waiting rooms.
Thanks again to the people with brake check.

My car drives much better than before I pulled jn to brake check. I'm a former mechanic and I generally knew what brake/tire parts I needed going in. I said nothing and found their recommendations to be spot on and reasonable. I trust them not to add on extra parts to goose sales and will be back!

I previously visited this location to address a noise issue with my brakes. During that visit, my brake pads were replaced, and rotor work was performed on all tires. I was informed that the service came with a 90-day or 4000-mile warranty and was advised to return if the problem persisted. Unfortunately, the noise returned shortly after driving few miles , i booked a appointment on 10/12/2024 and visited the store. Upon explaining the situation, Chris, an employee, inspected the brakes externally but dismissed the noise issue, i asked him to seat in my car and I will drive with in the complex and you can hear the noise from the break. He replied in a rude way saying he doesn't have time to deal with this. This response was unexpected, especially considering the warranty promise made at the time of payment. I had paid $413.81 for the service, expecting a resolution to my issue. It's important for customer concerns to be met with patience and understanding, as everyone has their own challenges and tensions in life. You don't need to show that angry of your personal issue or something on me Chris. My intention was not to waste anyone's time but to seek a solution to my problem. The lack of courtesy and assistance has led me to decide not to visit this store in the future, and i don't recommend visiting here. i wasted my money and time by going here.
