No fault of the employees that work here but unfortunately for them Chick-fil-a changed the quality of their chicken. Meat is chewy and downright gross. After further research I’ve read they have bowed down to antibiotics along with other unnatural ingredients to their meats and you can tell. So sad but never again.

Drive through took forever. Doesn’t seem like they are training people like they used to. One line was going quickly, the other one that I was in, I just sat there for a long time watching the other lane move.

The chicken wrap was on point had way more chicken and cheese than other times I have been there and the fries were just right crunchy and soft on the inside.

This is a good place with clean bathrooms good food and their getting better people no more grumpy people, they can't hold a fake smile. It's not that sad you're here to serve the people at least you can make their day a little brighter with a real smile and good attitude.Kid-friendliness: They have a play patio for the kiddos.

Great service, good location, and food seem to be going downhill. Fries are sometimes cold, chicken sandwiches have tons of batter now, and they get simple drinks wrong. Needs some work.Parking: Lots of parkingKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

I came in for 30 minutes (on my lunch break) I was trying to redeem a coupon because last time something in my order was missing. I talked to the manager Lizette and she seemed upset that I came in to use this coupon to “fix my order” When I went back to the table to wait for my food I overheard them speaking in a tone to another employee because of my coupon. Don’t come here. Worst Chick Fil A experience I’ve ever had. You’re better off going to Cedar Park location.
