“Wonderful community. Big church and always full. The same people come every week, so you're sure to make friends. Lots of activities all week long. This is the church I chose to do OCIA. Feels like family. Feels welcoming. I always look forward to Sundays! Many of us come 30 minutes early to pray the Rosary before Mass.”
“They claim to be there friendliest church in Texas. And quite frankly, they live up to that. You are greeted in the parking lot and assisted as needed. When you enter the building you are greeted again and given a bulletin. Your next stop is at the breakfast bar which is shocked with breakfast sandwiches, burritos, fruits, cookies, donuts and rolls, as well as coffee in assorted flavors. There are also juices, sodas, and bottled water. You're likely to be greeted several more times with handshake and hugs before and after entering the sanctuary. There are two worship services (except when a month has a fifth Sunday, when there is a combined service). The first service at nine is traditional and the eleven o'clock service is contemporary. Sunday School classes for all ages is between s worship from ten to eleven. There is a staffed nursery and children's church. And that's just Sunday. There are groups, meetings, and activities here all the time. This church is alive and likely.”
“Much admiration and respect for Pastor John Beukema. I have learned so much listening to the sermons he gives each week. Excellent interpretation of the Bible mixed with application to real world events. Thank you!”

“We have consistently gone here for a few years now and we absolutely love this church. Pastor Tim teaches in a expository way and I have never learned so much about God and the bible so fast. My husband has been saved and now serves and goes to small group at this church which I never thought was possible and I am so thankful. The kids ministry is excellent and loving. Worship service is rich and not flashy or manipulative. Summer on the Pavilion has been super fun!”
“Truly miss this church. Prior to my move to AZ, this was our church to go to. Amazing worship service. Coffee and water offered at every service and everyone is very welcoming. Top deck is nice too- still watch you online!!”
“I was praying for God to help me find a church that I could grow in and also to help grow!
The first thing I noticed walking through the door the first day I visited, was the love of the people. Everyone is so welcoming and genuine!
Then I was relieved to find the worship was not a huge showy production, but just beautiful because it was that of the humble hearts of those seeking to offer up true worship to God for all that He is and has done for us.
The sermon that Pastor Adam was teaching was straight from the Bible, the true source of all truth and inspired Word of God. He was clear, concise and easy to grasp!
I loved how he was so real and relatable, down to earth and it was obvious to me that he is following God’s call to lead the body of Christ by serving the body of Christ, by ministering the Word of Truth with the scriptures and using the WORD to explain the WORD!!
After having spent some time attending and getting to know Pastor Adam, his wife Amber and a few others-
I have just fallen in love with their hearts for the ministry, the integrity of their leadership team and the people in the Glad Tidings community with their passion to answer the call- which is the same call laid before every believer, to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and to make disciples that will continue to spread that Good News!
That is the mission of this church from what I can see. I’m so happy to have found Glad Tidings! It is an answer to prayer!”
