I was there on Wednesday (08/27) for the first time and had a really unpleasant time, i left the place feeling sad with the lack of professionalism that happened. I told the lady that I just wanted to get my nails painted, but she started to cut my nails with some nail nippers that I don't know where she got them from, and the sterilizer was off, I don't know if the tool was properly sterilized and clean. When she was cutting my nails, she accidentally cut my finger, and to stop the bleeding, cause my finger was bleeding a lot, she used her hands without any gloves. Now my finger is hurting a lot and is inflamed. I'm only complaining about this, cause I would like them to be more professional and prepared.

I love this nail salon, they aren’t ever busy so I’m in and out pretty quickly.. The guy who does my nails is always amazing (owner, didn’t catch his name!)

Quick stop before grocery shopping (next to HEB). Not necessarily a good place to have the spa experience but good way to get your nails done if with time constraints. I was walk in and was taken cared of right away. I thought my nails were $35 but paid $50. They gave military discount so it was ok. The massage chair I sat on was flimsy. Pleasant service. Free water and snacks!

Lady said no wait for a pedicure and turned on COLD WATER NO HOT WATER AVAILABLE! Next she had me waiting 10 minutes while she was working on 2 customers and the only one there....STOP LYING AND RUSHING THROUGH YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!

I’ve read the bad reviews and gave this place a chance anyway. Best decision! The staff were nice and helpful. They even gave snacks while we got our nails done. This place is a great location being next to H‑E‑B and the prices are amazingly affordable.

Terrible service. Needed a manicure today and made an appointment. Technician that was doing my nails made 3 of them bleed with the use of her drimmel. I did not have gel nails put on. She charged total of $40 with tip. Do not waste your time. This salon is in a very bad location too that shares the parking lot with an H‑E‑B. Hence no close parking!

I’m only giving one star because zero stars is not an option. My nails are so messed up right now I cannot get a new set until my nail beds heal. The pedicure they gave me was horrible as well. I should have looked at their reviews before I decided to try CK nails out. So upset I spent so much there.

Went for manicure regular however the color came off or chipped off in few hours . When i asked the guy he mentioned since this is regular manicure you cannot expect it to last long and I should rather get gel manicure next time. Very dissatisfied

Paid $52 for a pedicure and was disappointed. They didn’t cut, clean, or do anything with my cuticles and didn’t lotion or massage like the “description” said. I would not recommend them.Service: Pedicure
