so i go to purchase a fj40 gas cap with lock from this so called "reputable seller" and the website clearly states that the item is available for purchase... but when questioned on the items shipping he decide hes had a change of heart, now i service a lot of customer and i have never put my own selfish need above the needs of my customer. and when asked to speak over the phone he just site his FAQS page... what happened too great customer service? the kind where you could call and talk to a decent human being... man the times have sure changed when the customer becomes a headache for a business. well MR. CRUISERYARD... i hope you learn to be a better business operator and a more decent human being seeing as your selfish need will ALWAYS come before the customer. ; o
