If I could give 0 stars I would. The last few months I have had to come to this pharmacy a handful of times due to my 18 month old having ear infections one after the other. They take a minimum of 8 HOURS to fill an antibiotic prescription, and that's only because I call to complain and they say they're going to "expedite" it. It's always a 20-30 min wait, inside or through the drive thru. This last time I went is the reason I'm writing the review, I called after 5 hours to see if it was ready, she said it would be another hour, so I waited a bit and then drove over, waited in line (while I was waiting I tried calling to double check it was ready and they wouldn't answer the phone) when I got to the window it had been well over an hour and it wasn't ready. The best they could say to me was "we're doing the best we can"

This pharmacy is ALWAYS understaffed and whether you go inside or the drive-Thru, you should plan on 20-30m wait. If Mom's plan wasn't affiliated with CVS, I wouldn't come here at all. Inefficient, unknowledgeable, unsatisfactory.

I made an appointment for a Covid vaccination a week ago. When I show up for my appointment the pharmacist told me they ran out. I didn't get a call telling me they couldn't keep their appointment. I asked if I could reschedule with another pharmacy and they told me they can't schedule.

Just a heads up. The pharmacy closes for lunch from 1:30 to 2pm. Just in case you're on a schedule.

I know there are a lot of shortages in this world and I completely get being out of a specific drug. As a pharmacy have some sort of empathy. This isn't an Amazon package it's our medicine. I know customers get frustrated with y'all with certain situations out of your control but read the room if the customer isn't frustrated with you no need to be rude when a question is asked. I am simply trying to get a timeline due to living in a different city. After coming here for over 10 years I have decided to my prescriptions to H‑E‑B.

Power tripping Karens in charge of my medicine. So wonderful. Applying a coupon is rock science apparently. Save money and time and go to HEB it's cheaper and they are actual nice humans to other humans.

This review is for the 500 N. Bagdad store only. Where do I begin? Let's start with the automated phone call telling me my scripts are ready only to go there and find out that's not true. This has happened so many times, I've lost count. When I mention this, that just blow me off and shrug or laugh. Hey CVS store director, I've got news for you, this isn't friggin funny at all.Half the time, they screw up my supplemental insurance for drugs (and it's a CVS Scripts card) and I end up paying out of pocket.Finally, the drive thru is a joke. A word to the wise, keep an eye on your credit card or they might lose it.FYI, the CVS at Avery is wonderful. I used them for 23 years with never an incident, so I know it is the location and not all CVS.Hey corporate weenies, take a real close look at the 500 Bagdad store and make the necessary changes to management.

Cashier was fine. I asked why we owed $20 for our prescription when we have hit our max out of pocket (understanding the difference between hitting our deductible versus max out of pocket). Pharmacist was snippy with me when I asked her. I understand she may be busy, yet it's a natural question. She could have answered it courteously but chose not to. Prefer the CVS at 1950 Baghdad

The absolute worst customer service with the pharmacy. The lady with the short black hair is always there and NEVER wants to help! EVER! They have lost medicine and never want to answer any questions. Moving to Walgreens!

Horrible, I will never return to this store, I'm now on 24 hours waiting to have a pain prescription filled, nothing like waiting for pain medication when you really need it.They knowingly took new prescriptions without disclosing that the store was over a week behind, after stating that I was in pain, and needed the medication it still took over an hour to prepare.They wanted me to "shop" while I waited, no thank you, this store is absolutely dirty, and disgusting, they have their Covid Vaccination tent right next to the prescription pick up, and it looks like it's never been cleaned.They never sent the alert to my phone, which they've always done in the past, I had to sit in the drive up window line because I was not going back into that store.
