I am only giving a one star because I have to give something. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to . i came earlier in the day drive-through was closed because they were understaffed when they were seven people working in the pharmacy. the line was outrages and service was unacceptable The prescription was not ready I came back at 830pm surely it has slowed down. one person in front of me in line 5 staff members working and here i am still waiting 15 minutes in line

Visiting family from out of town and needed to refill script. The online process was extremely easy and pickup at window a breeze.

After waiting 40 minutes on line 2, they told me they can't send me the liquid antibiotic. I have to use line one which is very long, I can't go inside because my son is sleeping. They didn't give another option, so frustrating having my kid sick and sleeping, he really needs the antibiotic

Its obvious CVS as a company doesn't care what their customers think. Every store has more bad reviews than good. That is some accomplishment. The staff are about as smart as my dog but at least she has manners.

We prefer this location and love the staff there but the on line registration is to hard to get through when the HEB Pharmacy will let us walk up for our Shingles vaccine. System is not responsive to People’s needs. What a shame.

I was forced to use CVS because of my insurance. This has been the worst experience ever. Takes forever to get someone on the phone then when they finally answer they put me on hold. Can’t seem to understand English because I have to repeat myself several times just to get my name right. I was told 20 minutes to pick up then when I got there I was told another 20 minutes. I will have to go to another CVS and maybe get some service. After years of being spoiled with outstanding service at Walgreens I wish I could go back.

Have (on 3 separate occasions) failed to fill automatic refills. Being diabetic, meds should be available and filled a week prior to dosing expiration. Previous Walgreens customer and switched because of location proximity to my residence. Was advised today to check HEB pharmacy as \\\" they can somehow get injectable medication quicker than we can\\\" What?

Worst vaccine booster experience. You book your appointment online and you end up waiting more than an hour an a half.\\nPharmacy staff rude and unprofessional. I would've gave them 0 star

In this store everyday . Never have an issues. Always greeted as I walk in. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

This review is purely regarding Keaton, he is by far the worst associate at any store I've ever been to. With COVID-19 an early store closings everyone is experiencing some or a lot of difficulty. I have lost my job and been forced to become an Insta cart shopper. I received a request at 8:45 for a few items for a young mothers Easter celebration with her daughter. The three items on my list for allergy medication Easter candy egg dye. I found the first two items extremely quickly. An associate reminded me they were closing in. 10 mins and asked if I needed any help to which I replied " yes I'm looking for Easter egg dye or food coloring if you have it." His response was "whatever we have is on the Easter isles". I then used my CVS app to determine there were multiple isles of Easter items. Keaton continues to follow me around the store in a very demeaning way reminding me the store was closing soon. I assured him I was very much in a hurry as I'm on the clock as well. Finally bring my items to the counter to check outs and he does nothing but Skoff, laugh, berate me for my last minute shopping. Little did he know this was by now within my control. I took this Instacart batch to help someone else and will now be driving 40 minutes round-trip out of my way for no reason because I cannot bring her what she needs. That's lost time and money for me. If you want to be out of the store so fast all he had to do was help me find what I was looking for. And I told him so and he scarfed again and then very sarcastically told me to have a fantastic night while he slams the door in my face. Mark my words I will never shop at CVS again and this will be one of the very very many places to hear about this. Amount of disrespect that I received from some idiotic teenager or young adults should not be the face of CVS and I am a palled they would hire somebody like him. I don't write bad reviews even when I have a extremely awful experience somewhere I chalk it up to someone having a bad day or something and I don't know about. Keaton was not in that situation he's someone who should not be working at CVS. You better believe my entire family's prescriptions are being transferred out of CVS the store managerwill hear about his treatment of me, the regional manager will hear about this, the Nextdoor app will hear about this, both Shipt and Instacart will also hear about how difficult he made things and how he's responsible for not only causing CVS lost money, but Instacart and myself included.

The staff is great- especially in the pharmacy! I'm giving 2 stars because every time I'm in the store it's very humid and warm. It's so uncomfortable, I don't want to shop! This is Texas, summers are brutal, so I'm not sure why the AC system hasn't been fixed.
