After relationships with several realtors over the years, Dan was the only realtor that contacted us almost every day with an update. He was honest with the price of the home in this day of a soft market and high interest rates. We felt we were his only clients and his only focus was helping and guiding us to sell the house.

Dan was great. We had been looking to move into the area and had our eyes on some places before we moved into town. First two days we looked at some homes, put in an offer our third day and it was accepted! Dan was always available and helpful with all my questions as a first time home buyer.

Without reservation, I would strongly recommend Dan Forbes as a seller’s agent. Dan possesses all the traits one would look for in a real estate agent. He is energetic, experienced, knowledgeable, knows the market, has good instincts, is a strong communicator, has good follow-through, keeps you informed, is patient, and is always responsive. Dan is organized and meets deadlines. Although as the seller I had my own ideas on where to set the price, Dan’s instincts were absolutely on target and brought about the sale and closing quickly. I found Dan through friend’s referral and I couldn’t be more than happier working with Dan! My experience working with Dan was really positive for the following reasons:- KnowledgeI found Dan is very knowledgeable in residential properties around Austin metro area including but not limited to Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock and Pflugerville. He could tell me if the neighbor is desirable for the locals, if there’s any parks near by and the average rent. When visiting properties, Dan makes good recommendations for the type of repair work needed.Dan is also very data driven when making price predictions. He pulled up all the winning offers in the last 30 days in the area and showed me the average, mean winning offer prices verses the listing price. I feel a lot more confident in my offers and not worrying about overpaying for a property.- ServiceDan has negotiated hard with the seller on my behalf and saved me a few thousand dollars in this hot seller’s market. Dan leverages inspection reports and comps to negotiate with the seller. I found him always put clients’ interest first and make sure clients’ don’t overpay.Dan is always punctual and responsive to my text or phone calls. He made sure to answer all of my questions within 24 hours and provide the best information he could.- Local ConnectionsBeing serving in the Austin market for well over a decade, Dan stands out in his connections among other newer agents/brokers.
