Both my wife and I have had them put the hub caps on our tires on incorrectly.
I was able to place mine correctly, but my wife's hub cap came off while driving away and the worker who did her tires admitted he knew it was lose but forgot to tell her and just let her drive off. Now that hub cap is broken; thankfully didn't come off on the highway and injure anyone.
Never going back to this discount tire again, it has gone downhill lately.

Went in to get a tired patch and employee told me the front tires of my car were at 2/32 and they needed to be replaced and couldn’t patch the tire cause of that then he checked the back tire and told me those were at 3/32 and they really should be replaced asap he took me inside and wanted to charge me 1250 dollars then I brought up I had the warranty program with them and he couldn’t find it to I got out the receipt then based on the tread debt his fingers shows based the credit on that. Something didn’t seem right so I took my car to my dealership to have it checked out were they found that all 4 of my tires were at 5/32 when they used the lazer not a finger and said I had a good 10k of milage left on the tires. So know I thinking employee Carson just maybe was new so I called and talked to the manager of the local store told him what happened and he connected me to Carson who told he his 7years of experience was better then a laser and his fingers were correct. So I contacted the gm thinking the store was shady and the gm should look into them were he told me that their employee wouldn’t use his fingers and that even though I watched him do it and they have cameras he wasn’t looking into it any further. So I seriously would say
Do not trust this store or any in the central Texas areas the manager in the Leander store was aware of the scam and didn’t do nothing and the district manager didn’t do anything attached pictures showing the info best I can if u do take car in I would seriously recommend thinking twice before replacing your tires based on what they tell u

I have been to discount tire in leander since it opened . I went to get a new set of tires for my 2013 chevy truck on 6/18/24...got there at 745am and ther were about 12 people in line waiting for them to open at 8 am . All I can say is they have the best customer service I've ever seen out of a company. I was really impressed with how friendly each employee was to each customer....including the ones putting tires on ! Got my tires on and really like them alot....thanks discount tire in leander for great customer service from each of your employees . You don't find that anywhere hardly anymore !

The lady who moves the cars is dangerous driving around the parking lot and nearly hit us twice as we were parking. I would not trust her to move your car! Be warned!

Most honest tire shop I’ve ever been to. Tesla quoted me $650 for a new tire (car only had 350 miles on it) I took it to discount in Leander and they ordered me a new tire because the original had a big staple in it. I came back an hr later and they told me they were able to safely repair the tire and that it was free of charge. I was in shock. A+ customer service. They treated my vehicle as it was their own. Thank you guys for being honest and so kind.
