We were kicked out for no reason. My sister and her friend were laughing at a joke and a older worker that was a woman asked them if they needed help, she proceeded to follow us around the store. We were looking at products to make slime and then she came up to us asking to get our items and head to the front, i asked what did we do wrong which she told us get your items and head to the front again ignoring my question. As we were still deciding on what items to get like she had told us she proceeded to call the cops and told them we were REFUSING to leave the store. which we just decided to leave and not get anything. i'm very disappointed in this treatment because i had been going to this store since i was a kid.

Me and my two friends came in one afternoon and we were just walking around looking at stuff but then we were interrupted by this older woman with glasses and a bun who has a cigarette addiction. Then she proceeded to ask us if we needed help with anything and we said no she proceeds to just stand there and look at us. We decided to walk around and she was following us for no reason. Then when me and my friend where looking at the glue she told us to just grab our stuff and go to the front and pay. Then my sister asked her what did we do wrong and she just said the same thing. She then ig thought that we were taking to long so she decided to call the police and say that we weren't living the property so then we just decided to leave the store without getting anything from there. I will say that she was racially profiling us.

There are always items piled up on the floor because I'm always organizing things. If you ask, they will kindly tell you. It would be convenient to think of it as a small neighborhood supermarket.. In Korean terms, it feels a bit like an outing store. They sell detergents, drinks, and daily necessities. I stopped by to buy sewing tools.

I was looking for a specific product and the cashier helped me go through the store to find it and was very personable. The store was much better organized than in the past, and although the location seems a bit older it was very clean inside. The cashier said it was under new management and I think the new management is doing much better than the last one.

Filthy establishment. The products are disorganized and thrown around the store like a monkey went on a rampage in there. It's so horrifying that I can't even shop.

Never has items in stock and closes an hour early when says it open until 10 online and on the door.

Service here is super terrible and bad. The manager from upper spoke and told can do return only to sit for almost an hour to not get return done. And this is from upper management whom we called and spoke to within their store. Also the store in general is dirty. The regular manager here is very rude.

This store is disgusting. I could barely get through the isles, trash everywhere, and the bathrooms…?. So unorganized and filthy.

Found what I needed, but it is a bit messy at the moment. Still, the guy at the cash register was very polite and made it a good visit

The cashier is too rude and she don't understand how is important to the customers...she gave me a bad attitude when I greeting her at the check out...she don't care everything, she kept rolling her eyes at me when I don't understand what she was saying...obviously she had a bad ethic at workplace!
