Artem was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. He had to order parts that took only two days, scheduled an appointment to install it immediately after receiving the part, and was able to come the next day. Quick service and the price was reasonable.

Oleksandr did a great job quickly diagnosing and fixing our oven. It was literally about 6 hours from the time I made the appointment until it was fixed. Outstanding!

Edit: The refrigerator broke again after 2-3 weeks. They have a 90 day warranty. We haven't reached out to have them come fix it yet, but I'll update here when we do.
The repairman who came out last week to diagnose our refrigerator issue and who returned this week (with the part) to fix our refrigerator was sort of pleasant. Sort of. As far as I can tell, the refrigerator is fixed, but the experience was a bit of a horror for me. I swear he touched every surface in my kitchen that his hands could reach, including the inside of the chute where our ice dispenses from.
The icing on the cake was when he stopped to text, which is fine because I couldn't care less if a repairman looks at his phone. The fun part was watching him sit his actual butt on my kitchen counter. Like...I can't. What the...I don't have words. Professionalism was completely nonexistent. Never, never again.
As a side note, the price was astronomical.

Excellent service all the way through from the initial call to the final completion. The immediate issue was resolved within a couple days of the first service call. Once that was fixed a small secondary issue was found and resolved within a few days after that. Artem was the technician and he was very professional and did not give up until my washer was repaired 100%. Any appliance issue I have in the future, I will definitely be calling Excellence Appliance Repair!

Oleksandr was great! He arrived timely. He cleaned up after his work. He kindly explained things so that I understood what he was doing while repairing our refrigerator water line. The costs (I felt) were reasonable. The communication via text was helpful too. I would recommend Excellence Appliance Repair.

They were prompt and provided excellent customer service. Oleksandr was knowledgeable and advised best course of action was to NOT repair but buy a new refrigerator. Even though they wouldn't make any money .So an honest appliance repair company!

Artem was wonderful! He came out the same day and almost immediately identified the issue. He explained the needed part would come in a day or two. When it came in, I was sent a message and Artem returned the next day and fixed my washing machine. I highly recommend Excellence Appliance Repair.
