It's actually one of the nicest storage units I have ever used. Although they never answer the phone, the ladies at the front are very accommodating. I would also like to mention how clean this storage unit is. It is probably one of the cleanest and nicest storage units that you will find in that area-- and really in austin period!

I rented here online and went to the store for the first time, Tasha was so patient and helpful! She answered all of my questions and walked me to my unit while giving me lots of tips to make my move and storing at this facility very smooth!

I started an online reservation for PS Leander. I didn't finish it and about 30 minutes later Mary from the Lakeway office called me and helped set up my storage unit account. She was so kind and funny too. Mary searched and found the best rate available that would accommodate the things I need to store. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.

We arrived at the storage facility just 15 minutes before closing, but Tasha still welcomed us warmly and took the time to show us all the different storage options. She explained everything clearly, was extremely professional, and even suggested ways we could save money while choosing the best size for our needs. Tasha went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She is truly an outstanding employee and deserves recognition for her excellent customer service.

My sister has a unit here. Started out at $120 a month now the rent is almost $400 a month a few years later. They rase the rate like every six months. I see on website it says "Lock in this rate" how does that happen? We are currently trying to find her another place to go. This is price gouging!

I am very satisfied with my experience so far with Public Storage in Leander. The online rental process is easy and convenient. Any time I’ve had to call for assistance or needed help onsite, the people have been very friendly and helpful.
I needed assistance today at the facility and Mary was able to resolve my issue and was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.
