Great fast service and they found a way to change out my tires despite the fact I lost my key lock. I always appreciate the friendly customer experience with Mario. The guy always takes good care of me. Can't recommend the guys and gals of Fabcon enough!

Horrible experience! Dropped trailer off & was told it would take a couple days to repair. I called 5 days later expecting it to be ready. Was told it was just brought into the shop & I would be given an update soon. I called 2 days later & was told it still wasn’t in the shop & would be next week before they could get a chance to pull into shop. I went to their yard & asked if I could pick up the trailer & was told sure…no other questions asked, no concerns as to why, not a care.
So, if you want to be lied to for days on end, want to deal with people who don’t care about your situation or business, then these are the people to fix your trailer.
Update: took trailer a few miles down the road & it was repaired in a couple hours and I’m back on the road

I can't thank FabCon enough for great service last week. This is the third year I've taken our 5th wheel RV in for it's annual inspection and bearing repack. Our trailer brake wasn't performing properly, Miles, after a return visit, assured me the trailer brakes were properly adjusted, checked/trouble shot the truck functionality a little bit and suspected something was wrong on that end. I took the truck into Ford and they diagnosed a faulty trailer brake control module which was then replaced (happy I had the extended warranty) so now I'm able to tow safely and confidently. Shop foreman Miles , "went the extra mile" for me in helping to diagnose the problem and ensured my trailer brakes were functioning properly. Thanks to all at FabCon , I'll always take my RV there for related service.

If you need trailer work or tires, this is the ONLY place in the Austin area to go. The entire team at FABCON are incredibly nice people. They are honest and extremely knowledgeable. I stopped by having an issue with my throttle on my Motorcycle, and asked the manager for help. He kindly asked around with his techs to help me until he came across, BRANDON. Brandon, was very kind, professional and helpful. He got my throttle for my bike back in top shape in no time.
I’m writing this review, because if you are like me and appreciate consideration and professionalism in an employee, this business is where to go.

Very impressed with this company! I called them in the morning with a trailer that had a problem with the wiring they got me in the same day. Very easy to work with. Mario was awesome! I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend them....

Dropped rental trailer off an hour late and they charged me for another day. Needless to say, I hooked right back up to that trailer.
