“After the delivery this morning it was found the vase had a crack, a call was placed and a new vase was to be delivered. When the delivery person arrived a new arrangement and vase were delivered. We were perfectly satisfied with just a new vase. Billowing Blooms went above and beyond rectifying the problem.
