Even with long drive thru lines, the staff at this branch are efficient, friendly & informative.

I'm pulled up to this branch. The Brinks truck had the ATM blocked off for servicing. I went inside for help. There was a line at the ATM inside. I looked around the corner and there was no line for the teller The service was immediate. The teller was polite and engaging. I thought I may have dropped some money in the parking lot and told the teller I would be right back. While I was gone. She filled out my deposit form for me. This was more than I expected and greatly appreciated. Despite the ATMs being busy and a line in the drive-through. The teller was fast, courteous and friendly.

What a disappointment. We recently moved to Leander, and needed to quickly find a new bank to work with. They were close, and had branches throughout the Austin area (we were not sure where we would permanently settle). But their service is absolutely HORRENDOUS. Just sat in drive thru for 20 minutes and not a SINGLE car had moved. And when we set up our accounts, we sat in the lobby for an hour before someone could help us. Advice to anyone listening, move on to another bank, these guys are horrible.

Went in to ask a question about getting a new Card, tellers said "Sign in and a banker will help." Signed in and waited over 30 minutes and didn't get help. There was no one else waiting except me and still no one helped. Ended up leaving with out getting helped. Avoid this place.

I have been banking at this location for years! I have had excellent service and realize that the staff is trying their best to follow policies their employer has given them to follow. I have also realized that none of them try to make anyone upset for trying to do their job. I have also learned that just because "we" the customer are in a hurry, that sometimes things take longer than we think it should because we have no idea why or what the staff is having to check, look at or verify to protect our accts. So, for all of us that think the bank or the staff is not giving you perfect service, just stop & think before you blow your top or write a bad review.

I appreciate the patience of the tellers at the Leander branch. My son, who works for tips, took large number of small bills to be deposited into his account. Although I know it was a lot of work, the teller completed the lengthy transaction with a smile. I know the other teller had to pick up the slack while she counted the money - so I appreciate her too!

Went in 30 minutes before they closed one day to have two accounts linked and to open another. 15 minutes go by and the accounts are linked, then the lady tells us she can't open the new account because it'll take too long and she's got a trip to get ready for so she has to leave on time. But hey we can open an account online she tells us. Would've appreciated knowing that when we first brought it up. One star is for the minimum and the other is only because she's the only one who's refused service to us.

Most unhelpful staff ever. My wife added a savings account to our joint checking because we were closing accounts at another bank. We also have a mortgage and line of credit through Chase. She was told I would need to go in and sign the paperwork. When I went in, was told that she had not signed the part of form allowing me to be added to account. So..., I am not on the account that is linked to my joint checking??? But since account is linked to my checking, I can take all the money!! WTF? Basically, what it means is I can't see the balance, nothing else. Total annoyance. And forms have to be signed in person with both people at once, which is a pain. Time to move business across the street. FYI stay away from Diana and Darlene if you go in. They are the ones who caused the problem.

I was quite pissed today to find out that I could not make a cash deposit into my son's account for his birthday. The teller said it was to combat money laundering. If Chase is worried that my $100 cash deposit might be a transfer from terrorists or a drug cartel, they deserve to go out of business. I'm going to implore Birthday Boy and his other brother who's a Chase customer to bank elsewhere. Pass on the word that Chase is restricting cash deposits in this manner
